Even Satanists don't worship Satan...it's kind of an ironic joke. God is not a good person. Does anyone worship a more evil deity than Christians?

With the American public. So thinking that Muslins have been in the Uk for very many years and many have integrated well and second and third generation Muslims see themselves as British and most abide by laws of the land. So why this surge of anti Muslim sentiment. Do you think that 9/11 and 7/7 has fueled hatred, or what is the problem.

When you think about it The USA should be more anti Muslim but this is not the case. So can it be explained why here in the UK there is so much prejudice.

I am not fighting the Muslin cause, but I would just like to try understand why there is the animosity here in the UK between both cultures?

Knowing that you are loved by an awesome God?
How do you feel that regardless of the mistakes you make, He never stops loving you.
How do you feel that whether you believe in Him or not, He still chooses to love you.
How do you feel to know that you are special to God, even if you don't feel special?
How do you feel that the creator of the universe would come down and would want to be a friend to you?
How do you feel to know that because of God's great love, Jesus died on the cross for you?
How do you feel knowing that if you confess your mistakes to God He will forgive you as if you had done nothing wrong?

Im very concerned about something. I took a vow of abstinence because I felt that I should wait for the right person. But how will I know when it's "okay" to make love. What if no matter when you have inner course no matter what reason, its still consitered a sin? Please help me out here, I am sum-what religous I attened church regulary every saturday and sunday. I've read the bible and believe in Jesus as the one saviour. I just dont feel I know anything anymore. I apreicate all responses, thank you.

Groups like the Brights Net and the Atheists of America are trying to say that belief in God is "superstitious" and anyone who believes there is a God is something like "unintelligent" and "irrational." When you think walking under a ladder or Friday the 13th will bring bad luck, I'd call that superstitious. But belief in God (particularly as a creator of the earth) does not seem to fit the same category. Please, if you try to answer this question DO NOT confound belief in God with belief in a particular religion. These two things are not mutually exclusive, but I'm asking what's so bad about believing there is a God (not "what's so bad about religion," which is a different question)?

from school today and told me a joke. it happened to be a racial joke. i was shocked. i teach my kids to be tollerant of all people and not to judge by race or color.
my question is how can i protect him from such vulgarity outside my home?
my grand father was a bigot as was my father and i worked hard to break the cycle and i do not want my son to pick up where my father left off.

african american ,my black people's on yahoo answer's
