i keep getting this number is no longer in service whn I try

People don't converse / write on Yahoo to converse / write with Yahweh. People converse / write with other people. There is a difference. People can converse with Yahweh while they are writing questions & answers on yahoo.

Yahweh, does answer them but, we have the write to use this as a way to spread the truth.

God, Yahweh, the Heavenly Father of Christianity, speaks to us in many different ways.
1. Through His word
2. Through His Spirit
3. Through Other Christian Friends, (hence the answer to your question) sometimes people need the advice of people who have gone through a certain situation, and they ask questions of their friends.
4. He speaks in many more ways, ways in which I have heard him
Many people believe that God has to open up the skies, and speak down to us from the heavens. Why would God have to do that, He can do whatever he wants. Knowing that I probably may never hear the audible voice of God only strengthens my faith even more. I don't have to hear his audible voice to hear him and to have faith in him. I just do.

Yes he does answer the prayers, sometimes he tells people to look on Yahoo, and in Yahoo Answers.

Good Point. i like that., i suppose people dont see God answering their porblems and the depend on the World. But the Bible says
' Greater is He who is in you than he that is in the World."

Good question, I would say that Yahew answers our prayers and questions, even though we can not see or even know that He is answering them sometimes He really is.
