Why waste time worrying about things? I am pretty serious here....?

...really, I have spent a LOAD of time worrying about stuff recently but it does seem 2 get resolved in the end... for me and for others...

Any tips on how NOT to worry?

Should I have a baby shower?

I was 20 when I had my first baby. Now, it's 10 years later, I'm married to a new person, new life, etc.. My friends want to give me a baby shower for the new baby. Is it rude to have a 2nd shower?

Why are so many people giving hispanic people such a hard time?

I noticed this in whites as well as blacks.

Not all hispanics, to be more specific, mexicans, are illegal immigrants.

In fact, most hispanics that I see are very family oriented and hardworking, possessing the key qualities to wealth.

I think that others cans learn from them.

I can see how easily defending your country can turn into racism.

Hitler killed Jews but....?

would he be forgiven by God if he asked for forgiveness before he took his own life and therefor end up in heaven sitting next to god? , if not why not as i thought god forgave people who asked for it..
(and also a load more people not just Jews but being that they were gods people i thought that god might be more angry)

this question is not intended to offend anyone i am curious that is all.

How responsible are Christians for their own behavior?

I've seen far too many "Christians" who have treated people like garbage their entire lives, stealing from them, lying to them, and attempting all sorts of character assasination and then they "find" Jesus and think they have a clean slate with every one they have injured.
Newsflash: Jesus is NOT a super absorbant diaper that wipes away all your past, current and future heinous and decidedly unloving actions.

The "Sin" that Jesus supposedly died for was that whacky story of Eve, an apple and a snake. Bizarre mythology that over the millenia many have come to believe was true instead of the metaphor is was.

The man Jesus died 2006 years ago. Trying to destroy your sister's life yesterday does NOT get neatly folded into the big giant Jesus diaper without another thought just because you prayed about it. You MUST ask forgiveness from those you have TRESPASSED AGAINST and never, ever do it again.

Too many Christian are evil snipers that attack and run to hide behind a cross.

Do you believe the country should have two defining languages?

There are several defferent etnic groups immigrating to the United States but there are no recordings announcing "if you want your answer in English press 1". There are no labels on shelves with Japanese or German as a standard. I say people who come to this country should learn the language not be molly coddled because if it's done for one language it should be done for every single one of them. Generations have been forced to learn English but it's not done now. It's not right to single out one specific group of people for special treatment because they don't BOTHER to learn the language of the country they SUPPOSEDLY now call home.

when u get a new neighbor...?

do u usually go by and introduce yourself and your family? or do u just say hello when you see them around, but no intros?

feels like a lot people these days Don't get to know their neighbors anymore (my family's like that... =T). whatever happened to baking them a casserole and dropping it by??

What's the term used when a guy dresses like a woman for a week, and has to learn all about being a woman?

When I go to the bathroom I don't like touching the seat. I cut a hole in the back of my underwear so I don't have to pull them down when I go to the bathroom. Is this normal?

Why can't people see a person - and not their race?

I am black and I know it & I don't have any problem...I go to a small predominately white school (with a few black girls in every grade and about one Asian or Hispanic per grade).

I don't realize or think about the fact that I'm "different" unless someone points it out that I'm a minority...and I suddenly remember...its not something that's constantly on my mind; I just see myself as "me" but I know some people see me as "one of the Black girls".

ANYWAY
Why can't people just see each other as they are without thinking about race? I mean, sometimes I might be identifying someone who happens to be Asian...for example, "Mom did you see that girl in the green shirt?" and my mom will be like "Oh, the Asian girl.." Does anyone know what I mean?
