It is different for everyone.
When you realize that 'someone' is as important in your life as you yourself are you will know.
When you wake up and think of 'someone' and hope they slept well then you will know.
When you are shopping and see something that reminds you of 'someone' and you buy it for 'someone' then you will know.
When you had rather be with 'someone' than with anyone else then you will know.
I could go on and on, but I think you already know.

That comes with life experience. If you feel that you love someone you will know. Its beyond Like, like, like love. If your just infatuated with someone, maybe you need to hold of on the love part and just have fun... There will be a turning point that is a connection that will tell your heart this is love.... Love is not mean, angry nor hurtful... .. How is it going with this new girl.. So you guys kissed and what happened.. ? where is our update?

Coming from a guy's perspective ... you will know when the whole world sees your 'glow'.
That happened to me recently, when I met my boyfriend. All my friends made a point of telling me that I had an awesome glow on my face, and that I was always smiling and happy. This guy had that much of an effect on me, that touched every string in my being and it just showed on the outside.
Today, our relationship is still strong and it's going very well.
