If there is absolutely no chance of getting back together, I would suggest going out with all u're mates, that's what they are there for at times like this. Go and get really smashed, go to a club, have a good cry as u always do after a few beers and then start checking out the local talent again. Even though u're not really interested in anyone else yet, it's still really good to look and see if u can pull, cos this will help build u're self esteem up again.

Lol....I'm sorry for laughing, I don't mean to be so insensitive but I'm just after reading some of your responses!!!! From the Sensitive to the zainey to the plain Desperate! I would agree with the majority of them i.e. to go out there! As we say back home..."The best way of getting over one is getting under another"!
Cheer up! Have the usual girls night in! Get into your favourite pyjamas, put on Bridget Jones (or Love Actually) and pig out with the Chocolate!
Stage 2, Slowly adjust to being a singleton but take your time (but enjoy adjusting! Flirt but don't go with anyone yet!).
Stage 3 (depending on how broken hearted you are will depend on the time it takes to get to this stage) Finally! You should be back in to your old groove before you met him. The sight of him should now revolt you (you can cringe everytime you pass him). You'll be so busy enjoying yourself, you won't realise how attractive you will appear to other men out there.
I wish you the best of luck kiddo! The most important thing is to be happy! Do whatever you can to make yourself happy!

Go out and meet someone new!!The best thing for a broken heart is a new one.It works for me every time.You will still miss the person but you wont have so much time to dwell on them.Eventually you will realize they wasn't worth all those tears anyway.

only time can heal your heart hun... you have to go through all the stages...
crying, anger, hate, lonelyness, more crying, more anger and more hate.. finally you will start to feel better.. remember your not alone lots of people have been through this ..
If it gets too bad please go see your GP they might be able to offer counselling.. its always good if you can talk to someone about these things... I know it doesnt seem as though anything will make you better, but it gets easier

well start by going out on the pull works a treat at the end of the day you Will get over it so you may as well enjoy yourself while your doing it and its his loss

don't think about it too much. love yourself more and treat yourself to what you deserve. concentrate on making yourself happy and not other people. only time will tell until you get over it, but it doesn't mean that you have to dwell on it until that day comes.
