Why don’t we give the Pope to the Muslims so he can learn what they’re like? He can learn the easy way or the hard way. But this would the issue with the Muslims and possible help the church. What do you think? (Yes, the Pope might not return………)

I'm a newborn christian who drinks and smokes and enjoy the company of a good woman which is how I was before becoming a christian. My faith and belief in God have never changed since day dot,so whydo I continually think that I'm the only one who is going to be enjoying a few cold tinnies and a few good laughs with the man on the day.Who knows we might get lucky.Howie.

every christian follows the pope? Rather than just the catholics? because this pope thing sounds like christianity vs. muslim, rather than Catholicism vs. muslim. I'm not saying that I agree with muslims, but the pope don't speak for me or my religion.

Aside from murder and other crimes, I find myself easily forgiving of my family but if others did the same to me they are out of my life.
Is this strange?

I heard someone say it the other day... what does it mean? And is it by any chance a derivative of "holy windy?"

Does Roman Catholicism really need a Pope? Why not get rid of him before the muslims get rid of everyone... Or at least make it clear that protestants don't follow the pope, and have no respect for him.

If your comparing the today's islamic world to this kind of stuff don't you see the problem.

I am a straight married Christian girl and I want to understand gay people. Please do not lash out at me as I am attempting to understand. I have several gay friends but of course I am attracted to the opposite sex so I do not understand what makes a person gay. Maybe there is no answer. My gay friends are looking for true love and that I understand...But I went to the gay bar with them and I was totally freaked by what I saw. There were large orgies of men making out with each other all over the place. I then began to think that gayness was a perversion all about sex. Now I am torn and really want to understand is it about sex or monogamous love? Also, most of the gay people I know have had some traumatic experience in their childhood and I wonder if that has something to do with it or if it is a coincidence. Are you born gay or is it a choice? Again, loaded questions I know-I am just trying to understand people who are different than me-that's all.

Saying we shouldn't have gone in is not a solution.

If I understand liberals correctly, the only viable solution would be to return Saddam to power. The liberals have declared Saddam to be the only leader capable of "controlling" Iraq.

It's interesting how they have such high regard for Saddam. Afterall removing him was a "disaster for the region".
