Are you complaining? Or are you really curious? I would recommend trying to understand someone next time they act aggressive around you. You might gain some insight about the human mind and the lives lived by the people around you.
When you fully understand why, it should become very clear to you that the lack of understanding that made you feel disdain towards the aggressive is the same misunderstanding that makes people act out in aggressive manners. I think its all about understanding and listening closely.

2 Timothy 3:1-4 But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, with out love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God.
Rev 12:12 On this account be glad, You heavens and You who reside in them! Woe for the earth and the sea, because the Devil has come down to You, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time
