How do you (and i assume you live or have lived for a long time outside of the US) perceive Americans?

NOT AMERICA THE COUNTRY, but AMERICANS as people.

People of the west are loosing faith in God, Jesus and Christianity. This will cost us one day of our long cherished liberty. man does not live by bread alone. He can not live without philosophy and spirituality. Slowly we shall find ourselves turning to other religions which are anti-liberty and anti-freedom oriented.

The Qur'an is the last scripture that has been revealed to mankind by the Lord Creator and Protector. It was through the last messenger, Muhammad (pbuh), that the world first heard of it. It certainly the Divine scripture that is to be accepted by all, up to the very last man.

I got a call last night, but i didnt answer it. Today, i checked my phone and i had one message. I listened to it, and it said:Hi, mr __, my name is chuck henry and we have you on tape stealing a barbie from the toy section. Now i would appreciate you returning it to us, or we will have to take further legal action. Someone is obviously messing with me. Havent been in a year! The message was well done actually. The accent was that of a westerner and it sounded real. But the thing that i noticed was that at the beginning of the message, there is a pause- someone fumbling with the telephone- same as the end. I also heard the static noise which occurs when you put your cellphone too close to your computer's speakers (some of you may know, happens to me all the time). So im pretty sure its a prank. But its not funny. There was a number on it too. Should i call the police?
My wallet was stolen 2 days ago, so they might be the ones who stole it because my name and phone number were in it.ya

does anyone know of a website I can go to to help me decide which church to go to that agrees with my views on life and politics? I am currently going to a catholic church but I feel like I am only going there because that's what I was raised as, partly because my grandma forced me, but that's another story.

Our society is filled with bad manners, both intentional and accidental. What things that complete strangers do annoy you the most? (i.e. "talk on cell phone in movie theatre" = good, "leave cap off toothpaste" = bad, unless, of course, complete strangers have tendencies to enter your dwelling, go to your bathroom, and brush their teeth. Hey, stranger things have happened.)

My boyfriend broke up with me last week. Jesse and I were together for a year and 3 months. He broke up with me because he doesn't trust me (that's besides the point) I admit I flirt with many guys, but it doesn't mean that I want to go home with them. Here's the problem.... I just saw my ex in a club with this ugly looking troll. We acknowleged each other, and he introduced this guy as his new boyfriend. I was hurt. The guy is 5'9 about 200 lbs, blonde and blue eyes. I can't believe I was replaced but this troll. I'm 6'2 175 lbs, smart, and good looking, I'm a great catch... What am I doing wrong to deserve this???

Christians

1. Christians are taught that God will forgive you for ANYTHING you do. That wont help your bad behavior

2. Christians are taught thay they're born filty rags or born bad or born in a sinful world. People act on what you think they are. That wont help your bad behavior

3. Christians are taught they're nothing withour God. That's an automatic negative self image which in NOT GOOD

4. Christians are taught that Jesus already died for your murder, rape, stealing ect. That wont help your bad behavior

Atheists

1. Atheists are taught that we're born good which is good for our behavior. We act on what we think we are

2. Atheists are taught to treat people right because that's just common sense

3. Atheists are taught that this is the only life we will have so, we must cherish all life

4. Atheists will more likey stay out of jail because why would we want to waste our only life?

Why do "Christian's" assume/insist that God/Jesus has no sense of humor? They're always telling us that blah blah blah blasphemy, blah blah blah sacrilege, blah blah blah. I thought the "I'm Jesus Say something nice" question today was very funny and not a put-down of Christianity in any way, shape, or form.
