I don't mean any offense, but I don't think that this is something that you can just find out off of a website. Choosing a church takes more than just an Internet search to find you the one you want, especially since this concerns matters of faith and views and opinions that are very important to you.
It may be difficult finding a church that will completely agree with all your views on life and politics, so I think that the best course of action to take at this point in time is to assess yourself first. Once you have figured out what it is exactly that you really want, maybe you could start getting to know the priests at the church you are currently going at. Maybe you will find one who is more sympathetic to your way of thinking, and once you do, you can choose to attend just this priest's masses. Failing that, however, you might want to start thinking about going to other churches nearby until you find someplace that you feel more comfortable in.
Failing all of that, though, you may choose to stop being a Catholic and move on to another faith instead. I wish you all the best in whichever path you choose.

i am going to remind people that the church is not the building that we attend services in. the Church is the body of believers that go to that building or tent or park to share thier beliefs and be with other believers to help keep their faith strong. I am sorry if I seem harsh I donot mean to, it is just that our pastor of our church has been trying hard to get us to remember that the church is the body of believers and not the building. AS for chioosing a body of blivers to attend with I agree that htay need to have the same beliefs. I love the group of people that I attend with. You can feekl the Holy Spirirt at work and the love among us all is fantastic. We can keep our children with us or take them to the nursery, it does not matter. Our pastor ssays that it is a beautfl sound to hear the children for they are our future. I will pray for you to find a good group of peopel to share with and be a part of the entire church of God to strengthen your faith.

To be honest I can relate as I was raised as a Catholic too. But I found that I felt empty most times and I needed more. I really wanted to earnestly feel closer to God. Took me a while but I eventually found a church that first of all gave me the understanding that at the end of the day it is about just You and God. No church, no Priest, or Pastor, or congregation or anybody else. It is about Your Personal Relationship with God. That was such a BIG relief to me to be able to feel that as I had always believed that my relationship with the Lord should really be a private and personal thing subject only really to guidance by my Pastor or Minister. The second BIG relief came when it was also shown that it really starts with Jesus Christ. To come to know Jesus, I mean to really set out to know him as our awesome Lord and as our heart wrenching Saviour. What he did for Me and evrybody else. That I needed to see and know that He really was my Lord and Saviour back then and still is today. That I honestly needed to accept Him as that and not play around with that Sacred Fact. The second I did that. Said in my heart and out loud to Him with real honesty that Lord really and truly you are the only one for me. I really and truly am a sinner in your sight because honestly how I look in His eyes is really what mattered) and in mine and I want to feel free of it. I really want to feel and know that I am forgiven. Please forgive me and come into my heart my life and lead me completely. That I am truly yours from this day onwards. My whole world changed. It was so invigorating to feel so free again. And more importantly Loved and looked over and after. There was a light in my heart and brightness un my eyes that I'd never ever felt before. That is how He makes me feel and the blessings I have in my heart are priceless to anything else in the world. I guess I've said all of this to say that your Salvation is key first (I mean have you done that?, truthfully confessed Him as your Personal Lord and Saviour? ) then how it's nurtured and loved into maturity is the next Big one. You have to find a church that first of and above all Puts Jesus Christ First as your Lord and Saviour and preaches that as the solid foundation for any meaningful relationship with God and also adheres sincerely to the teaching of the Word of God from the Bible ie The King James Version. No compromise. you can send an e mail to this address and they should be able to help you find somewhere that truly offers what I've decribed close to your area. God Bless and stay true to your heart.

Choosing a church is such a personal matter. But I have seen many people these questioning just this issue. They wish the community of religion, but their spirituality is outgrowing where they are attending. You will choose from your own spirit what suits your soul.

why not go to various Churches around your area ? make appointments with the various ministers, priests, rabbis and other leaders.
you might also talk with your friends who have a like minded attitude towards the topics you are concerned about.
all religious services are similar except the way they perform the rituals and ceremonies of their particular belief system.

Funny you should ask that.......as one of the Apostles was quoted as saying that in end times they will search for those who will tickle their ears! Meaning just what you said, about finding a church that "Agrees" with you...............

forget all of your previous programming pick up bible and ask G-D what He wants you to do, stay in prayer and read what he wants you to . it will be easier than going to a man made church. that has its rules that to be there you have to believe the way they do . who are they that they should tell anyone what to believe?

I would make a list of those in your immediate area. Then I would attend each one. There's no better than way to do research!
