This is actually a commit of concern to see if people who decorate think of this issue.

Did you know that the strobe lights you use for scary themes can cause someone to have a seizer?

Its true. My daughter is one and she loves dressing up for Halloween. I just wanted to see if anyone thought of this when they use a strobe light. So if you do this for Halloween or any type of party and you involve kids (even adults too) make sure you tell them strobe lights are involved so that their child is safe. This concern can also be useful when you have a party and a diabetic is invited. You want them to enjoy safe foods wouldn't you?

I don’t want to ruin your fun. I just want people to understand something they may not have known. I had to do the same in business that had lights blinking because they were about to go out and the blinking lights in a store are just as bad. I just want my daughter to live like other kids and enjoy the same fun.

Anyone else besides myself on here that is confused about religion, etc? By confused about religion, I mean that you are not certain of whether there is a God or not.

Basically there are times when I believe that there may be some sort of afterlife, but I'm not certain as to what it is. Then there are times where I denounce it and don't believe in it at all.

I'm a confused guy...

Some believe soulds go to heaven after they die, do these people believe in after death or "ghostly" experiences? If so, why would these peoples souls hang around earth? And some believe the "soul" is an energy that gets released after death, why would it hang in the same form to be "seen" or "felt" or experienced by people who know them or even sometimes people who did not know them? I am just curious as to what people's beliefs are on this subject. Are "sightinings" in a person's mind because they miss that person and if this is the reasoning why do people have sightings of people they have never met??

I cancelled work a few days in a row and said that i would bring in a doctors note. I had a few blank notes and just filled one in and handed it to my supervisor. I thought she trusted me but i guess i was wrong because the first thing she did was call the doctors office and ask if i was present there on the day that i wrote. obviously i got caught but my supervisor didnt directly tell me anything about it. she told another supervisor who came to me and asked me if i had given a fake note. i said no and he believed me but now i dont know if i should fess up or just hold my ground and stick to my story!! i know what the more noble thing to do would be but realistically, i dont know if i should just come out and tell the truth...what do you guys think?

Why can’t school offer more choices of languages? I have heard of German, French and Spanish. Why can’t we have sign language? We have separate sign languages schools for the deaf. But speaking people can't attend there. I have family that is deaf and wished I had the chance to learn from public school instead of having to pay for it in college. I would like it for high school to have that as a choice, what do you think?

Allah says in the Quran'fasting was prescribed for you as it was for those before you" and most of us readily submit to it even if we dont practice anything else in the deen the rest of the time.now,Allah also says"jihad was prescribed for you like it was prescribed for those before you". but unlike fasting we dont rush to jihad even when we know it to be permissible,like in the case when a muslim country is invaded by an aggressor nation.are we being hypocritical?or are we just accepting some of the book and not all of it as munafiqeen do? just doin some self reflect and i wanted your honest opinions.
