I'm in the market for a religion, but the choice available is overwhelming to an inexperienced shopper such as I.

I want one that has all the answers to all my questions, and even answers for questions I haven't even thought of yet. I don't want any excuse to think up theories of my own, and would welcome one that has a book I can refer to, preferably a book that contains some pretty unpleasant stories to keep me on the straight and narrow.

Which one?

Im a straight mom with a big heart for the gay community. Id love to be involved via support or volunteer work with the gay community and rights groups. I live in the Indianapolis IN area and Im having a hard time finding organizations or groups that need support. Anyone know any good places to start? Im looking for any community centers or groups that need help with events, support, education, volunteer work or just a helping hand. Thanks so much for any feedback.

Do Chrisitans believe that animals go to heaven? Do they believe that their is a special place in heaven for animals? Do they believe that animals have souls?

In the christian religion it says to "love thy neighbor" (correct me if I am wrong)... but christians also happen to look down upon the Gay society and see it as a sin (correct me on this too, if i am wonrg)... what happens if your neighbor is gay?.. what do you do?.. either way you break commitment to your faith.

I've been to the USA dozens of times and have always seen their country's flag flying from many homes and what I've been wondering is how many other countries fly their country's flag?
Now I'm talking about either flying it in front of, or on your house or having a flag visible from the street, say in a window. You don't have to explain why you do or don't fly it....all I'm wondering is....do you?
Americans can answer but I would really like people from other countries to weigh in. I already know Americans fly their flag quite a bit.
Please answer yes or no and tell me what country your from.
I'm from Canada and yes, I do fly my country's flag.
