Driving, shopping etc has become a battleground. Why can't people just decide to be nice and be nice? If you do a kindness or two a day, something as simple as letting someone over the road even if you dont have to or reaching for something at the supermarket for someone that can't reach. It makes you feel good. Why can't we be a kinder, more compassionate society?

This phrase was on a sign outside a church I drove by today:

"God never makes a promise that he cannot keep."

What's that even mean, and what do you think of it?

On a recent Saturday I met a friend and we had some casual sex. It was awesome and I wrote a little something about it in my blog (leaving names out of course). The next day I had a (1st) date with a great guy. Well he wanted to know more about me so I sent him a like to my blog page. He read that I had sex and this upset him. He thought because it was posted on the same day I met him that I actually had sex right before meeting him for our date. I didn’t it actually happened the day before. Regardless of exactly when, it was before our date. I never claimed to be an angel just a good person with good morals and ethics. He though

First was I wrong for have sex with another person and being single, even thought I had a date the next day or even on the same day? Or was this guy I had a date with expecting too much from me somehow. Expecting me to be this pillar of virtue? Should he not see that I am open and honest with who I am and what I do, simply from the fact that I posted info about a sexual encounter? Showing I don’t hide anything.

Do you not know that it is Blaspheme? Jesus said in the Gospels that it is The Lords good pleasure to give us the HolyGhost and if we being evil know how to give good gifts to our children how much more God give good things to them that ASK so if someone is praying and asking God for the HolyGhost and he gives it to them.why do you speak evil? knowing a house divided against itself cannot stand?

... (so any church, ministry, religious resources would not work, since they would be biased, either toward Pagans or against). If you HAVE NOT ever done any research on your own, what led you to your conclusion? Finally, if it is your conclusion that Pagans are evil, have you ever met one personally and talked with them? If no, why not? If yes, what was the result of this experience?

A lot of people are getting upset with the Steve Irwin jokes, saying that its to soon for them. What is to soon? Here is a guy who pissed off wild animals for you watching and listening enjoyment under the guise that its for conservation and i'm supposed to not make fun of him when the animals finally get back at him for his ignorance?

Let us not forget the time he was playing fetch with his newborn baby and a very large crocidile. My moto is that if you live by the Barb then you die by the Barb (stingray that is).

He actually kind of got on my nerves but it's sad to see someone so passionate about life die so unexpectedly. Usually this stuff doesn't blip on my radar but for some reason this has me down today.

It's kind of sad. As long as no one is hurting you/your friends/whoever... What harm does it cause? Maybe they won't get into your Heaven/Nirvana/Great Mountain in the Sky. Big deal. Why would you want to be around people forever and ever in the afterlife who you had to yell at to obey you anyway?

I don't understand it... :/ Sure, everyone wants everyone else to be happy. But just because someone is happy doing something you're not, doesn't make it wrong.

As long as no one is being harmed or killed, I think all factions, religions, tribes, et cetera, need to just chill and be happy with each other. :)

The world is always changing, things need to be accepted and carried on. I suppose I just want to know why some people need to STAY in one idealism, and not move on. Is it just easier to follow what you know/have been taught? Actually... Yeah, I guess it is. Thinking for one's self is hard, and causes people to turn against you.

Like the majority of people do to me here. ):

Well ok perhaps some do. No doubt about it. Some people just write gay people off and do not try 2 understand them or even witness 2 them. I do believe it is wrong for Christians 2 separate themselves from the gay community 2 the extent of not witnessing to them.

Let me ask u this if you were on a riverbank and u knew there was a huge waterfall up ahead. And u saw a child in the water heading down towards it and the child did not know the waterfall was there would u not calll out to the child "Hey no come aside! you are heading for danger" And if the child still did not listen for whatever reason would u still not try and employ whatever u needed to , to keep that child safe?

So 2 the people who feel some christians are judging well yes if they separated themselves from u and never spoke to u and listened 2 your point of view then yeah I agree. But however in reference 2 my little story this is how I feel about it....I love you that is why I call out 2 u "Hey no come aside..."

I think that it is the easiest thing to say that abortion is no good but if there arent the proper conditions for a baby to grow up then isnt it worst and more irresponsible to give birth to the baby?
