On a recent Saturday I met a friend and we had some casual sex. It was awesome and I wrote a little something about it in my blog (leaving names out of course). The next day I had a (1st) date with a great guy. Well he wanted to know more about me so I sent him a like to my blog page. He read that I had sex and this upset him. He thought because it was posted on the same day I met him that I actually had sex right before meeting him for our date. I didn’t it actually happened the day before. Regardless of exactly when, it was before our date. I never claimed to be an angel just a good person with good morals and ethics. He though

First was I wrong for have sex with another person and being single, even thought I had a date the next day or even on the same day? Or was this guy I had a date with expecting too much from me somehow. Expecting me to be this pillar of virtue? Should he not see that I am open and honest with who I am and what I do, simply from the fact that I posted info about a sexual encounter? Showing I don’t hide anything.

Nothing wrong with casual sex. Don't let the do gooders persuade you into thinking otherwise.

If you feel it was wrong, the act itself, then believe it, don't let anyone else dictate to you.

Second, as far as the blog, well you may be completely open and honest, but others do not wish to see their personal lives for good or bad, exposed for the entire world to see.

Just a thought.

Other than that, keep ridin' em cowboy

When your single and dating things happen. However; I don't believe the guy believes you to be a Saint. In as much; I could understand how he might interpret you having sex the same day as your first date. Just explain to him that your open to dating until you find Mr. Right.

Give it a rest...the guy is a jerk and stay the hell away from him. He thinks he owns you on the first date???? What is this all about. You seem like a great guy to me, honest, sharing..what the hell is that other guy about? Possessive and jealous before anything goes on. I think you should consider yourself lucky to have been warned so early...no wasted time finding out. Good luck

Just ignore him and move on. There is no sense in even wondering about this stuff. you were happy with who you were before you met him, why feel any different after?

Maybe he was just looking for someone more ready for a one on one even though it was a first date and if that's not what you want I say move on..

:)

Jealousy. Move on to someone who is more open, and not so jealous.

you shouldn't have sex before marrige. period. it's nice though, that you were honest. it's good that you told the truth instead of hiding it. but it was wrong that you did it. your date wasn't expecting too much of you.
