I live in a small town, and gay peole are not totally accepted here. so how can i find more people like me?

how was God created since God--being more complex than humans-- would be required to have a creator, by your own criterion? Answers in the vain of "God always existed, even before time or the natural forces which He created," are not acceptable because such answers deny the fundamental logic which requires a creator for all complex things.

Lately i have been questioning my beliefs spiritually. i have come the conclusion that i am probably deist, but i am interested in knowing more about other religions and what people stand for. Or at least i was. But once i started asking & answering questions, both on here & to my friends, all i seem to hit is anger, hatred & disdain for anyone who doesn't believe exactly as the person(s) i am talking to at the time. The more i talk to religious people the more i think that i am just fine being the way i am & i shouldn't seek out further information. BUT i have always been one to want to research & make sure i am making an informed decision. So i am SERIOUSLY asking someone to give me a good reason to keep researching & seeking info about religions OR a good reason not to & just be content believing as I do. i'm not looking for bible quotes or "because God says so" answers. i am looking for serious REAL reasons that make me feel like religion is NOT all about (more below)

Somebody (I don't know who) keep calling me and leaving voicemails that say the f word every other word. Although it might sound childish, but I'm hurt and offended. The first time they called, I listened to the voicemail, called them back, and told them not to call me a again. That was maby 2 or 3 days ago. Tonight they called me from a different number and left me another voicemail say the f word more times. I don't know what to do. Should I call them again? Just delete it and forget about it? Go to my carrier and complain? Please help.

there is this boy name chris at my highschool that I think likes me,because now for 3 years, hes been hitting on me like he wants to hook up with me.but why would a boy that plays sports lift weights be gay or bi. Everytime he sees me in the hallway he try to flirt wiith me. I dont know if he is trying to set me up to admit i'm gay. One time he even ask me out out loud in the classroom but noone heard him. I thought he was joking, but I dont because he been hitting on me now going on 3 years of highschool. I gave him a note saying that I wanted to go out with him and saying if he tells someone I will kill him. He told one of his fellow jock friends and they told me what he said while he was setting next to him. When he told his fellow jock friend, he covered his face with a book where I couldnt see him. Is he shy to say okay or what. Please help me to see if he really likes me or just a friendly person looking for friendship

If god is perfect, and all love comes from god because god is love, then why did he create us?Why would a complete, eternally blessed, self-sufficient, being want to make something imperfect that it doesn't need? Is it because god, being love, desires to give? or is it because god is imperfect? or is god really e being, or something else?

these same people, who invited themselves to our house very boldly and directly and in my opinion rudely, though it did not seem so bad at the time(please see my other question if you have time) also invited themselves along on a cruise vacation i am going on with my hubby and our baby girl. What am i to do? The way they did it, i wasn't around, and my hubby, who talks far to much, felt a bit uncomfortable and was embarassed to say no. he told me he doesn't really want them to come. they are supposed to be good friends of my brother, through whom we met them. how do i get rid of these people, and why do you think they want to follow us around? are they after something or am i being paranoid? i dont know them well at all and i have an uncertain feeling about the characters involved!

Hitler was trying to found his own religion based in no small part on the Nordic gods. Most clearly not a Christian. So where are you getting your facts when you call Hitler a right wing Christian, or in fact a Christian of any stripe?

I believe that Jesus is real because he has done so many wonderful things for me. Some that I've asked for and some that I haven't. Sometimes even when I was at my lowest point in life, he lifted me up. I believe because I have felt his presence in my life, and he has changed so many negative things about me into positive! Please only answer this question if you actually believe in Jesus. My uncle was in Vietnam, and after he came back he suffered from post traumatic stress syndrome. He had gone there and fallen in love with my aunt who worked in a hospital and they came back and got married, a real fairy tale story. Well his mental health slipped and slipped and he pretty much lost his mind and one day he started having flashbacks and freaking out and shot my aunt and killed her. He recieved life without parole and suffered a massive heart attack after being in for about a month and became a vegetable. He spent 16 years in this condition being cared for and kept alive in a hospital and just died about a month ago. I know thats a long story, but my simple question is this. Where was god then? Why would he allow that to happen?

I belive in ONE all powerful God who created the world in 7 days (168 hours our time not like a day=10,000 years) who saves us from a place of eternal suffering and lonliness (hell) if believe that his son (Jesus Christ) died on the cross and came back to life in three days to save us from our sins (by the way the significants of 3 days is that the jews believed the soul left the body on the third day so therefore Jesus must have resurected his soul out of Hell , which he would have went to because he was carrying the entire worlds sins). I also believe in the future God will come back and take all that belive in him to heaven with Him. After seven years of the beast's (Satan) rule over the Earth, God will rule over the Earth for 1000 years.
IN A SHORTER VERSION I BELIEVE IN THE BIBLE.
