If you are talking about the man who followed Jesus as they were taking him away:
[Mark 14:51] Now a young man followed him wearing nothing but a linen cloth about his body. They seized him,
[Mark 14:52] but he left the cloth behind and ran off naked.
The significance is that he was more afraid of the Romans than he was of being nude.
