-it gives the best answer for everything like "where did the rainbow come from?" It was a promise from God to Noah that He wouldnt flood the world again. Or "why do we speak different languages?" God did it to confound man who disobeyed Him by building a big city instead of dispersing.
-it teaches that Jesus can pay for your sin in contrast to other religions who have to earn their way even though no one is holy enough, but if you really do have Jesus he will change you.

If someone commits suicide, do you believe they are going to Hell? What if that person is mentally ill? What if they ask for forgivness before they do it? No I am not thinking of doing it, just a question I've always wounder about. I love my life.

I remember once in class this person, who I was not very fond of, was belittling another person. This was a daily action of his. Any way the victim, I knew her from class but have never met her, was just standing there and taking it. When he was done being mean he turned to leave, and tripped on his own backpack, it was on the floor. Before he finally fell on his stomach he was stumbling all over the place, it looked like he was doing a jig. Every one laughed, and he turned red. I tried hard not to laugh, but in the end I giggled. I know I shouldn’t have been happy but I felt he got what he deserved. I felt bad for doing so though. Has something similar happened to you?

I'm a Christian and I still I can't understand. They're still God's chosen people even if many haven't accepted Jesus. Why has there been so much hatered directed toward them? Whats with anit Semitism?

So I have a lot of gay novels that I read and some of them have "suggestive" covers and titles, such as desert sons or rainbow boys. Well my dad helped me re-arrange my room and some of the books weren't put away. I know he saw them because when I came back in my room they were stacked up on my desk, and I know I didnt put them there. So what I'm asking is should I bring up the issue about the books and my sexuality or let him come to me?

There was a Prison in Michigan I used to minister at and during a one-on-one conversation with a Muslim who produced some kind of Islamic holy book. He showed me the script and I read it for myself. That was a Muslim Prisoner who showed me that and, made that claim. I just didn't make it up. So if you want to know where I got my information there it is. I'm just asking the question...I didn't say that I believed it!

Why do people insist on naming their sons Adam? Don't they realize that Adam doomed all mankind. Most religions teach of the original sin in the garden of Eden. A person might as well name their child Judas or even Lucifer or even Satan. Naming a son Adam is pretty much the same thing. Why don't people realize this? Why are people naming their sons Adam? And it isn't that those who do name their sons Adam, don't believe in Adam&Eve. Plently of them do! Give me a little insight here.

if they did they would have to give up so many things that they enjoy? They couldn't have sex if they weren't married, get drunk, they'd have to treat people with respect. I think a lot of it is a matter of people just wanting to live their lives the way they want to live them without consequences so they feel if they don't believe in God they aren't doing anything wrong.
