The region where Washington D.C. resides. Not only do we have theives and murderers in the White House, but the D.C. area itself has the highest rate of crime of any other U.S. city per capita.

Economic or mental or moral?
Economic would be the southwest region of the US. all the illegal immigrants getting free healthcare and foodstamps at the taxpayers expense.
Mental: That would be Washington DC no doubt.
Moral: That would have to be San Francsisco
