To help others

All Life has one purpose: to create more usefulness than it consumes in resources. We are here to serve the universe, not ourselves. If we don't come up with a Net Creative usefulness as a species, then we will end up extinct. We all need to consider our Net Creativity as individuals, as communities, as a country, and as a species. What ARE we burning up all that oil FOR?

It SHOULD be a perpetual string of benevolence.

Instead there are many who think the help should be received but not given.

I have always been amazed that we (humans) have the arrogance to declare that God created us in his image. When, in truth, we are the least Godlike creatures on Earth. Our main objective seems to be to kill each other and destroy as much of God creation as possible..

We consume and leave a trail of waste in our wake.

Good question...

I guess when a person helps others, it might seem like there is a clear "helper" and "helpee", though in my experience it isn't like that at all.

Plus, all the helpers are helpees at other times. What comes around goes around.

You help a person for the sake of helping that person. That person, in turn, helps someone else. We're all the other people in that statement. At one time or another we need the helping hand of the people around us. You help me and I, in turn, help someone else. Lilly...
