I mean half the reason I think people smoke the SENSOUS HERB is to say SC REW the GOV'T...
If they REGULATED it and made it LEGAL don't you think a lot of people would LOSE THEIR INTEREST, and be less PARANOID when they did smoke it?

I mean it is a plant!
The creator put it here so why is it illeagle?
Plus HE gave us a 420/ THC RECEPTOR, right in our brains which the THC molecule attaches itself to so we can feel or experience EUPHORIA...or get HIGH.

Personally, I would like to be the one in charge of impregnating virgins and maybe playing one of the trumpets.

I don't think I'd want to be on the "smiting crew" because sometimes god likes to kill innocents, babies, ... you know.. the "first born" and such. I'm not into that.

I've compared saying the word "goddamn" to filing for divorce from the Assemblies of God church, here and elsewhere. I sort of forced myself to "take the Lord's name in vain" when I left, and did so at every opportunity for a while. I also threw away Christian hip-hop CDs I didn't really like and got secular ones that I did want, and cancelled my subscription to a Christian teen girl magazine that first week away from the church.

What did you do when you "filed for divorce"? Or did you just carry on like normal, except for not going to church anymore?

Also, what did you leave the church *for*?

Please don't respond by quoting John 3:16 or some other scripture that doesn't actually address the issue. I'm not someone who's unfamiliar with the Bible, in fact, I've read it many times and may even know it better than you do. I'm asking to make you think about why a loving father would make his son suffer and die to redeem mankind when the scriptures say God prefers mercy to sacrifice. (Matthew 9:13) Why not just forgive those who accept Christ without requiring that he suffer and die as a sacrifice if his Father doesn't care for such things? If you've ever wondered about this, you can find the answer as I did by reading a new book titled "The Project." Just go to www.iuniverse.com and type in the author's name, James Joseph. The book is written as a science-fiction novel, but that's not really what it's about. It's actually the story of creation and original sin, told from a different perspective. I am not sure why people study the bible if they are so sure that is is a book of myths, or just a classic story? While I enjoy the classics and have read mythology, I don't really study, teach from them, or debate them.
