It should be legal. Medical marijuana is starting be be legalized in some states. If the medical profession things its helpful than by al means legalize it. I've never heard of any OD death due to marijuana use. Beside it would be less money for us to waste on the DEA. Maybe DEA could concentrate a better effort on dangerous drugs. Those that can kill you. Mature lets it grow why do humans restrict it's use.

Money. There is a legal line of euphoria inducers which are supplied by solid corporations which generate enough funds in which to influence lawmakers and the laws made by them.

If pot were legal, and you had the patent for pot, and someone wanted to market hashish in your sales market, you would stop it if you could (like the good little capitalist we were raised to be )

Professional sport's main source of income is from advertising revenues. The vast majority are beer manufacturers. Their product insures temporary euphoria. They sense competition from a substance which provides a similar service, yet in a different delivery system and with far less cumbersome side effects.

As long as beer and pharmaceutical companies are making money marijuana will remain illegal. Sucks, but it's true.

I have no problem if you smoke pot and sit in your basement and watch TV- you're not harming anyone's life but your own. However, when you step out into the world, your impairment becomes a nuisance. I spend half my day trying to make sense out of stoners and alcoholics, and trust me, no matter what you believe at the time, you're in no condition to engage in any social activity while high. And then, if you decide you want to go for a drive, your impairment becomes a threat. If everyone treated the herb responsibly, I'd be all for legalization, but the fact is, they don't.

Ok i feel you
it is because of the instant laughter
others receive from the individual
while out in public
after he or she is like on puff status
And like it is for medicinal use
It also is an overweight high
And contributes to the high fructose overdose
Which comes in 98% of our food
So like if you are already over weight
you must be careful not to smoke weed
or you will become a slow moving vehicle
then from there a permanent slug

Has to do with making money on it. If they were to legalize it, anybody would be allowed to grow it, use it, buy it, sell it - how do you think the government could possibly regulate that kind of "cottage" industry? Always boils down to the mighty dollar.

Because it is so easy to grow. More people would get the munchies and deplete our food. Crime would go down because everyone would be too stoned to move. And the government just can't have that now can they?

Since it is totally organic and can be grown, the government doesnt want it legal because they could never tax marijuana, and thus never make a profit off of it.

That is why.

properly, i'm no longer a smoker anymore through my psychological well-being being ****** up by using it yet while it grew to become into relaxing I used to play guitar.. i might play songs persistently for hours to advance myself. different issues may well be looking at movies. I enjoyed to observe movies while i grew to become into stoned. I under no circumstances truly did something with others although. I cherished to be on my own while i grew to become into intense.

Cannabis the sacred herb, the use of which predates 'civilization', has always been a communal sacrament and is not easily controlled for profit. And you know how that goes....
