I recently started working at a company where my supervisor is Russian. He is also a landlord and has rented me an apartment. When I told a few friends his name, they said, isn't that name Russian? And then they reacted kind of weird?

When I explained he was a nice guy, and asked what was the problem, they shrugged it off and said nevermind. I'm not a prejudice person, and don't see what could have been their problem. Can any of you tell me how Russians are viewed here in the states? Why would they act weird after I told them this? Thanks

This is going to make a lot of people mad but i better ask it. -_-;
I dont want to give up having sex. I've lost my virginity when I was 18 but I didn't have vaginal intercourse. I dont' believe it's "wrong" and that God said for us to wait until marriage to have sex to prevent "baby momma drama" if you know what i mean.

When I was in grade school we were allowed to celebrate Halloween. Now, public school kids can't dress up anymore because some religions are offended. I think that bollocks! If those parents don't celebrate Halloween, keep your children at home on October 31st or whenever the school would have costume day. Why do they have to ruin it for the rest. We let them into our countries and how do they repay us? My making us change our Western traditions.

Some grade schools can't even decorate for Christmas now!!

Either creationists said that they have evidence, but somehow forgot to present it! (strange, huh?)

Or what did they do?

They tried to poke holes in evolution, calling that evidence for creationism!
That level of idiocy is hysterical!!!!
That is what he accused creationists of doing, and to prove him wrong...

someone needs to find the science teachers of these creationists and slap them. They cheated their students out of an education.

I know this question is asked often but I just want to know, why is being homosexual so wrong in Christianty? A homosexual can't help being attracted to the opposite sex. There is no way to "correct" that because it is going against their feelings. I could never imagine living life not being able to be true to myself and who I am attracted to or love.
Did God say that a "man shall not lie with another man" to prevent STDs or AIDS? Help...
