yes i know people with hiv and have known people with aids. i also know people with survivors remorse (a very sad condition that leaves those who have lost a loved one to aids with feelings of guilt and in response they begin acting reckless with sex in an effort to contract the disease).

I know of a male cheerleader that has HIV but it hasn't turned into to Aids yet, he has had it for years and take alot of meds to stop it from turning into the full blown Aids, and last I heard it hasn't yet.

Yeah, I used to splice & edit tape (before digital editing was all that popular) for an HIV awareness radio program called, "AWARE". The founder and president (my boss) of the public service program is HIV positive. (He also says so in all his shows).

yup. It was a suprise to find out too. People can apparently live a long time with it now and be ok.... as long as they can afford the endless medication...
