PapaofgirlMegan, you have asked a truly great question! I personally think that the bible does deal with racial issues but not with the same inferences that we do today. Back in bible days, race would also represent a certain culture. Keep in mind that the Jews were the "chosen people of God", and God did allow them to take the land from the Canaanites and Phillistines who were by all accounts a dark race.

Exactly what[ Christian_Lady_2001 said ]... and to add to that ...
"Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you and persecute you."-Matthew 5:44, the Bible
Jesus said that to love is the most important commandment...
In the Bible it says that if you work your whole life to do good for God, and if you have all of the spiritual gifts, and if you can have the tounges of angels.... even if you die in the name of Christ, by someone elses hands.... and do this without love.... it means Nothing...
#1 thing for Christians to do today is to- "love God- love people,"
May God bless you and yours...
In Christ love, a Christian, by the name of [ splinterjah ]

Really, I don't know of anyplace else.
But I know that God loved the world (John 3:16) and God looks on the inside while man looks on the outside (I Samuel 16:7), so I think he does create everyone equal.

Jesus used the story of the Good Samaratin to illustrate unconditional love. He also told us the most important commandment is love. We are told to love people as brothers in Christ.

Try the bit about "there is no man, no woman, no Roman, no Jew... blah, blah... all are one through Jesus."
However, both sides have been argued using the Christian Bible. Good luck.
