I'm either preaching to the choir or shouting at deaf ears here, but here goes. I'm no Christian, but I still know how to read. And I'm fairly sure that Jesus said things such as "love your enemy", "turn the other cheek", "judge not lest ye be judged" and all sort of other good stuff along those lines.
So why do so many Christians (and no, not all of you, I admit) seem to forget about all of that and condemn gays, Jews and just about anyone who is different than them.
And if you want to throw me evidence that Jesus was a hate-monger and a homophobe, well, it's those kinds of contradictions that fuel MY belief - the belief that all organized religion is pretty much a sham to begin with.
