Doesn't it say in your own Book that you are to Judge not lest ye be Judged?
You and no one else knows where I am going when I die so I would be very careful how much you spout in this life about anyone but yourselves. Since I don't know and you don't know then I'd say we are on an even playing field. Not one of us has an edge, and don't call Jesus an edge since you really don't have absolute proof that he existed either. And I don't have proof that he didn't. So come up with you own argument for a change, not the one drilled into you by some religion.
Who agrees or disagrees and why?

the bottle was given to me full i drank it and shared it during a funeral and decided to fill the bottle from a full one when i was going to another funeral and kept the bottle and i used it more often than id like to and it will be used after i die if only once

This is a serious question for theists, be you Christian, Jew, Muslim or any other denomination. It's particularly directed at the fundamentalist, evangelical and paternalistic sects within any given religion. If you are a theist and don't engage in any form of interventionism (including shaping of legal codes) in the lives of others, I applaud you.

I'm seriously asking you to answer this after giving it your OWN thought, not referring to something another human wrote.

What I don't understand is why theists will in one breath ascribe omnipotence and all sorts of powers to deities ... then turn around and invalidate these claims by interceding on behalf of their gods in EARTHLY mattters.

Even if man's law conflicts with your particular god's laws, do you not think your god can administrate his laws on his own in the afterlife?

I was in an Assembly of God for many years and it was common for a tongue message to be given and then someone would stand up and interpret what was said. I believe this because it's in the bible and I don't believe there are any scriptures saying it stopped etc.
Here's my question: The message or interpretation was always in "King James Version Style" & the messages were always fague to say the least. Like oh my children I love ye etc...and our youth pastor was molesting little boy's down stairs below our very feet at the same time...he did this for 15 years and never once was a message that said: Pastor Dave is doing bad things RIGHT NOW to little boy's not more than 30 feet away...yet the messages were just fluff..WHY?
BTW..the pastor was caught and got 30 years

when the media and government (and maybe even some churches, I have to assume) portray all arabs and muslims in a bad light, saying they're all the same all bad, demonizing them and dehumanizing them so people can go along with government policies..people actually believe it?? not all but many are that dumb. my question is, what's the reason? I went to a US public school, was born and raised here- I read 1984, brave new world etc I looked at histories of unjust agression and instance where government had propaganda machines that nobody questioned and how it led to massacres...the difference is..here's my theory...maybe the alcohol killed most functioning brain cells for them? what do you think

What would it be considered if someone made up a rumor about you and wrote it down in a notebook of some kind and then 10 years later someone else was reading it and confronted you about it but you know it wasn't true and everyone else knows it wasn't true and the person who wrote about it isnt around to explain themselves? would you consider this a lie? Especially if its something big....and the overwhelming majority of Evidence proves that it never happend. What would you consider it?

whinning, lost, sad, only wanting to down someone's faith, or just plain being mean.
No people I am neither of those things, I'm just asking a question. I don't care if your religion is the greatest thing in the world to you. I don't care if you want to talk about your religion in the answer to a question, just answer the question without thinking you know my personality, because you don't. This is one of the reasons that Christians continue to make themselves look bad to the rest of the world, you can never just answer a question without wanting to punch the questioner in the face!!
Try for once to put those Emotions aside to answer without hatred and maybe you would be accepted better.
And you wonder why we have so many wars fought because of religion.
