Okay, first at 13 you don't really know what you want!! You are finding your sexual side and everything is appealing to you!! Fool around, and see what feels better for you!! and maybe you are gay, dont be ashamed of it!!!

Well I think that you should at least tell an adult and seek professional help. They would be able to help you feel confident about who you are. Fooling around with your friend though I think is not a good idea. How old is this friend anyways. You are still young and your actions could still get you in trouble. And that goes for straight or gay. Anyone under 18

If Tom is straight and you try to fool around with him you may find yourself out of the closet. Be careful.

It's okay with me.
I don't know how Tom feels about it. I don't know how your parents feel about a 13 year old fooling around with another guy. I don't know how Tom's girlfriend or parents feel about it.
If it's what you want to do and the opportunity is there, I don't think you're going to be bothered with whether it's okay with me or not.
