If you had an interesting full life you wouldn't even notice, and when a call did come it would be a bonus. Take a long look at your daily routine and add to it . Maybe you are too reliant on others to make you happy an that's why you need contact regularly. Make your own interests and happiness.

What's normal, I haven't had any calls today thank goodness, I love the sound of peace and quiet on a Sunday.

If this is your social life than it is probably pretty normal.
I would advise you to read a good book or find some other intrests that would give you more options than sitting by the phone.

You need to find something else to occupy your time and mind.
If you still obsess about phone calls while you are doing that something else, and/or if it interferes with your daily activities, seek help because it might indicate OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder)

I get frusterated if no one emails me for 20 minutes, I think its normal cause you just like interaction thats all your very sociable, there's nothing wrong with that.
