I was addicted to sin sickness and death for most of my life even though I was a Christian, I thought. Boy did I get a big surprise when I finally surrendered when I could no longer take the person I created, me. When I surrendered and let go of everything, good bad and indifferent, then things started to change. I am now daily becoming more like Jesus and learning to be a willing vessel for Christ. The rewards are wonderful when God finds favor with a son or daughter. If nothing else but the wisdom to see things with His eyes and to share the experience with Him, makes it all worth it.

Sometimes I wonder if always having been in a Christian environment and never feeling the helplessness and hopelessness is worse. The people who can truly tell how much God has changed them have been pulled out of their evil livestyle and are feeling the weight of sin lifted off. It's like no other feeling there is. People were originally meant to be triune beings--that is to have a body, a mind, and a spirit. After the fall of man (Adam and Eve and the original sin) man only had a body and a mind. His spiritual self was shriveled and dead. That's why we say we are born again. At that time our spiritual self joins the other two parts. It is better than any drug to be high on Jesus! You could be too. All you have to do is ask Him to come into your heart and forgive your sins. Believe that Jesus died on the cross for you and accept that as payment in full for all your sins. Just ask Him. Why don't you try it now? He has changed me from someone who was headed for prison or the graveyard at 100 miles an hour to someone with purpose, a great career, a wonderful family, and eternal life. Wow!

Kinda like the song. I was lost but now I'm found. In other words before I knew God I didn't really know much of anything but now I feel very confident in whatever I do. I know that Love is the way!!! I feel like everything I've learned, I've learned from God because God is in everything and everyone weather they realise it or not.

I want to point out that God has changed me through His grace - and praise go to Jesus not me. By being in communion with Him, by praying and reading His Word, and learning from other Christians.
I am peaceful, more loving, more gracious, he has turned my mourning into dancing. More forgiving, my grateful, and so much more. God really changes the life of a Christian when they continue to walk with Him daily.

He has changed my life. I have always been a kind and loving person, but I lost my temper easily when tested. Since I have become a Christian, my thoughts are always toward Christ. I am able to maintain control over my emotions, because I want my life to be a reflection of my role model - Jesus.

God has Changed me by how I think and how I act towards other's. He has also changed how I view other people for the better and to not curse God or other people.

I used to be a woman who was fearful. I also used to be confused about a lot of things. Ten years ago I walked into a bible teaching church and began to listen. At first I didn't agree with the things being said. Then I got into bible study. Over the years, I learned hundreds of wonderful things. All about the higher way of living that God calls us to. I learned about God's love for me. I saw Him working in my life, like a master artist, shaping and changing me. Now I can say I am a woman that has complete assurance in all of God's promises. I am afraid of nothing.
Quite a transformation, and all because of Jesus Christ.

God freed me from the bondage of depression, anxiety, and paranoia. I was on medication for 7 years and tried many many times to go off. I could never cope, or function in a normal healthy way. About 10 months ago, I was going through a crisis, not only did he carry me through that, he told me that I was free from all the mental stuff. I went off medication and I'm a totally transformed person. I completely trust God with my life. He is my Lord, and my Redeemer. Amen... Thank you Jesus

He came to me one day while I was watching Alf and said to me "Sully, you see all those churches and temples and religious groups and people banging on their bibles and things like that?"
"Oh, you mean all those religious things, Lord?"
"OK, look, first. Don't call me 'Lord', OK? I'm just trying to do my job. Second, yeah, all of that. Stay away from it. Stay away from them. Just be a good person, help people who need it, admit when you've mad a mistake, and do the best you can in everything you do. Maybe throw a good word or two my way if you see fit, but don't go crazy. And if you ask me for any favors, every now and then I may be able to help you out if you really deserve it."
"Ok, thanks God."
"Good. Now, enjoy the rest of Alf."

God has given me peace in my life. I talk to him all the time. Praying is not just for at night. He helps me make decisions in life easier and makes me happy with my life. God has a plan for each and everyone of us and sometimes we don't understand it but there is always a reason for it. Believe me I know. When I felt like why is God letting this happen to me and at the moment I feel like he is not helping but for real it was because he was preparing me for something greater.
