Do any of the judeo-christian religions (though the discussion is open to all faiths) have any qualms with the practices of BDSM (bondage, domination, sadism, and masochism)? I am trying to find out what makes these sexual practices taboo, even within the context of a traditional marriage.

Leviticus says homosexuality is wrong. My question is this... Doesn't Leviticus also say a child who swears at his or her own parent shall be put to death? Why is one taken literally, and not the other?

"and comeon people, not everyone HAS to like the same thing so if you dont like them and you just wanna be in this for the points plz dont write anything like get a life. And inkybob, yes im 14 but i DO know how to spell its just a called "abbreviations" becuz SOME people dont feel like writing the whole god dang paragraph Especcially wen its that long."

I'm no English teacher, but I would consider that plain old misspelling, not abbreviating. It seems that people who absolutely cannot spell always turn to the old standby, "I was abbreviating." No, you weren't abbreviating, you were just being stupid. Stop denying it. You don't abbreviate "especially" with "especcially." Last time I checked, that's actually longer.

Personally, I don't think so because God is more concerned about how a person is living their life than he is concerned about baptism. I'm not saying baptism isn't important but I am saying before you are baptised, you should ask God to forgive your mistakes and to be your Savior. Otherwise, the baptism won't actually count for anything. Am I wrong? If so, why am I wrong (or right)?

My biology teacher mentioned something today about what if terrorists sprayed some kind of chemical over America that sterilized everybody.

Wouldn't that be great? No more idiotic Catholics having 15 kids! No more sheep spawning! No more baby Republiconartists! The population would eventually dwindle and there would be less Americans in the world to ruin things and invade countries! I seriously hope they find a way to do this.

Ok, athiests: I am not putting you down at all, cuz we should not judge, but all I wanna know is why don't you believe in God? Please tell me some of your beliefs, and anybody who wants to answer feel free, but please answer my question seriously. Athiests: Do you believe in some other "god" or what? What caused you to become an athiest, or was you just always? Did you once believe in God? Thanks. (I am a Christian, and I DO believe in God, but I just want to know the answer to this question)
