Without the bible sin would not be known. Without the bible wouldn't our children be innocent.

Years ago I wrote Beloved Hopi Grandmother and she gave me this name along with my story which I have, but I lost memory of what this means and I am of another language. I lost memory of many things as I have had a TBI (Tramatic Brain Injury) and had amnesia. I am recovering strangely and sometimes it's scary and not quite the full picture/flick as this was 35 years or so ago. It is a very strange tale and sometimes quite fantastic but I continue. Do you have a friend that speaks Hopi? I hope I have the right catagory.

If you think goodness can exist without evil, then why the long history, both in the bible and in this world, of never ending battles among each other? Which, I may add, is still in process.

I mean those who don't, what are they thinking? even though the lady is a perfect match. Is it inherent in every culture that only people of same age should get along or marry? I don't think so. I just want to know what you think. .

Did he also say that no one comes to Him unless He is called by The Father?
If this is the case, do you save yourself or even have anything to do with it?

then proceeded to make negative remarks about the U.S. whats the deal with people in other coutrys having such a negative opinion of us? why do they think were all horribly self centered and ignorent? im sure there people are the same as ours theres good and bad everywhere, we are not all of one mind on any idea or way of living, theUnited States gives more money and food to help other more poor nations survive then ANY OTHER COUTRY ON EARTH this is a fact, were not the only ones over there in this war thats going on and not everyone here agrees with the war, we are not all going around thinking were better then everyone else, were not trying to take over the world why all the lies? they teach things like this in schools in some countrys! Korea for example, they teach there students that americans are bad people and we bully the entire world, this is beyond my understanding, this country is made up of people from every nation on the planet and its overall a good place, why such hatred?

OK that video describes exactly how i feel. Does anyone else agree? Why or why not? This is not meant to start a war on here... though it probably will. i seriously though want to know why you agree with this or why those of you who don't agree with... well basically why you don't agree with it? And please something more than "becuase the Bible says so". Really put some thought into it.
Personally i was amazed at how much i really do agree with it. It has a very good message i think.

Note: Unfortunately you have to watch an advertisement before the video begins. Sorry but couldn't find a link to this song that didn't have an ad.

Talking to several people from various faiths and denominations, one of the common key factors is how mean, manupilative and nasty people are on the inside of the church, temple or centre. The irony is, that is where the teachings of Love, Harmony, Peace, Patience and all the other virtues are disseminated. I have even seen for myself Pastor vs Pastor in internal lobbying and poltics... negative bytching CAN'T be good can it?

When someone told me this a few years back, I was kind of left confuse. However, I began to explore that statement and I find myself saying that being colorblind might be. You may not recognize someone's color, race, culture, or something when it comes to being friends, lovers, etc. However, I have friends who basically don't understand the struggles I go through because I'm biracial. Not only do they not understand, but also they don't want to understand. It seems like some people don't really listen to Black, Hispanic, Asian, Muslim, and Gay people or just anyone who is different about the struggles they have on day to day basis, yet some people claim this is because they are colorblind and just don't notice things like that. I don't know, maybe I'm not really making sense. Probably not. Anyway, what do all of you out there think of this? As you can probably tell, I'm having a hard time with this concept.
P.S. Please, no rude comments.

There's this one young cashier at work I've gotten to know real well in the last few months, but tonight three times while I was there, high school friends of hers went through her line and bought alcohol, and each time I felt devastated, and I haven't brought up the issue and I'm afraid of what she would think of me if I did take a stand. Even worse it's probably happened before. I feel like I need to stop it, but I don't want to hurt her.

i was visiting this website and it kinda up set me i wont post the link because i dont want to cause trouble but this is a church who was putting down other people and churches and i just thought it was awful so here is the letter i sent to them let me know what you think of it.

to who it may concern:
should we not be spreading the word of GOD instead of the churches judging one another if people where to close their eyes to religion and just focus on the words GOD has sent to us the churches would be perfect. "Jesus said let he who is with out sin cast the first stone" there is not one single person on the face of this earth that is with out sin we are all born into sin (or another way to say it is we are all born in imperfection) the bible speaks the truth and any one who believes in the bible should know the truth. by judging another person we are bringing their sin upon our selves. isn't that why the bible warns us against judgment. "judge ye not lest ye be judged" we need to be concerned with our own salvation and not whats going on in the other religions they have the bible the same as any one else and the only one who is capable of fair judgment is the the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY and Jesus Christ. we are quick to pass judgment on some one Else's faith but our own sinful pride stops us from admitting our own mistakes. we need to stop trying to explain the bible in our own opinion and let the bible speak for its self. there are many trusting souls in this world that put their faith in our hands. GOD help us if we lead them in the wrong direction...
our misguided point of views wont lead us to salvation only the Lord and the bible can do that our opinions wont mean a thing on judgment day!

I liked Superman, Batman, Spiderman, when i was a kid. now my nephew also.. then wil this continue as in my nephew's baby will then have an interest for these superheroas and so on? Seems all these superheroas keep coming back even if they are old now. Example: no kid would know Spiderman , but then th emovie "Spiderman" recently came out.. and so they get so interetesd in that..it's almost as if Spiderman had just been created.. but it's an old thing.

i've read in some novels that if you told someone your name (not the one you have now, the name that describes you as you truly are, changes and all) that it would give them power over you. I just though it would be a fascinating thing. But highly unlikely considering there aren't a lot of people out there who know their tru names.

A sentence that has more than one possible meaning. Ex: "If you think our service is bad, you should see our manager." The sentence could be taken two ways. What is the word for a sentence like this? I would really appreciate your help, it's driving me crazy....

Before you answer, think about this.
Can there be an up without a down?
Can you inhale, without having to exhale?
Can you live without dying? (you begin to die since you are born)
Can you have land, without water?
Day without night?
Logic, without illogic?
Could our left exist without our right?
Infinite terms all leading to one thing...can God exist without Satan?
Be aware that if you say yes, then you are believing in a delusion.
Also be aware that everything can be reflected.
Those who believe Satan does not exist, can find themselves in a world where God does not exist. But one cannot turn their heads to the left or to the right, without missing the truth.
