I mean those who don't, what are they thinking? even though the lady is a perfect match. Is it inherent in every culture that only people of same age should get along or marry? I don't think so. I just want to know what you think. .

I've never been out with a younger woman. I found them self-centred, venal and shallow. I've always dated, and later, married, an older woman. 17 years on, all's well!

its two ways. I know some younger men that want to date older women and then the woman can't handle it. I tend to have more younger men interested in me than men my age. Not sure of why, might be the "happy" personality or something. Anyway, there's nothing wrong with it if both people are happy. Its no the rest of the world's business. If they don't like tell them to look in another direction!

Some men are just intimidatd by an older woman I guess. I don't believe in ageism. If a guy my own age is interesting, I'll date him as long as he's mature... but I've found older men far more entertaining in some degrees.
Maybe it intimidates a man that he may be taught some things by an older women.

I've dated a few older women. I can't imagine why someone would totally exclude that part of the population from the dating pool. Some of the best, most fulfilling relationships that I've had have been with an older woman.

Your question is not necessarily valid. Men frequently date women who are older than them. I personally dated women older than me exclusively, until I met my wife, who was the first younger woman I ever dated. My father married a woman who was several years older than he.

I think it's because most men are physically attracted to younger women. This goes back to ancient/cave-man times, when men were most attracted to women of "child bearing" age...and it's still a natural part of human culture.

I never dated an older woman.
To me any female that is younger is a girl and if she's older she's a woman, I like girls, it works for me. Oh and younger ones usually look better.
