No silly. What information would you use to judge them? So, wouldn't you be wrong? Why not give people a chance. Have an open mind and an open heart. You might be surprised at how great people can be.

I hope you're not serious. But in case you are, how could you judge someone before you know them? You would only be able to judge YOUR IDEA ot them, not them directly, so you would be really judging your own idea, and by proxy you. Do yourself a favor and don't go around judging yourself or anyone else. Each person is just as flawed as the next in their own way. These flaws in imperfections are the opportunities to grow and become better people.

Well, I never judge a person before I meet them totally. But I do judge their opinions based on my own opinions.I don't think it is ok to judge people before you meet them or after you meet them. But you can judge what they say and do.And you don't have to meet them to do that.As long as while you judge their views and actions you're not taking away their right or trying to take away their right to have them.
I don't agree with fundamentalists right wing religious people. And I will fight to the bitter end to give them a piece of my mind. But I don't judge them as a person whether I met them or not. It's their choices and views I judge.Just as they do mine.

Not exactly. It is good to have prior information about a person to an extent that will help you understand them a little and to see a different side. Ultimately you need to talk to them and get your own perspective to see how they treat you and others. Bad people have a good side too and I always give people the benefit of the doubt at first until they prove themselves to be wrong or just fake. It is hard not to listen to gossip, but we need to remember that it is gossip and sometimes just other people's opinions and I choose to form my own opinion about the person from talking to them and getting to know them. That is only fair. You can't believe what others think or say about someone, until you try to understand them for yourself.

unfortunately, 90% of people in this whole world are thinking this way !! some times we try to stop judging people before meeting them , but it does not work !!
i think : we should go deep to there characters to be able to judge on them ..

Only if you hold your pre-judgements very loosely. When I taught, i had certain expectations about how my students would behave. I have different expectations about how men and about how women will act. But then I ran into mature acting young people or men and woman who are more or less aggressive than i expected, and that 's okay, too.

Sometimes, you have to! You gotta be street wise and be aware of your sourroundings. So what if you offend someone you dont even know, especially if you have a bad feeling.

No. How would you like it if somebody immediately wrote you off because you're having a bad hair day?

Well it's not an okay thing to do, but I do it a lot anyway. I can't help what my first impression of a person is.
