According to Islam's Bukari, BEFORE ISLAM, in the pre-islamic period, monkeys had law. The Bukari clearly makes this claim by asserting that some poor monkey committed an "illegal" act. An act can only be illegal if it breaks an existing law.

The punishment for illegal sex, according to monkey law, was to be stoned. The angry monkeys then stoned the poor sex loving criminal monkey. Again, this was before Islam and as we all know, today, Islamic Shariah law, applies these very same laws.

So, the Bukari of Islam, tells this story about monkey law that existed before Islam, and that human ancestors of Islam knew about and adopted.

Okay, whether you're atheist, agnostic, deist, Wiccan, pagan, Buddhist, Hindu, Shinto, Satanist, or whatever you are - you presumably don't believe (as I don't believe) that God actually spoke to Jesus, Muhammad, Noah, Abraham or any of the other prophets.

I don't believe in God at all so obviously I'm not going to think that. Even if you do believe in God or gods but not the Abrahamic prophets, this is my question:

Do you think that those prophets (if they even existed) genuinely _believed_ that they were talking to God? Or do you think they were pulling a fast one?

For some reason, I'm inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they had voices in their heads rather than that they were outright lying. I'm just curious what other people think.

Please no Jews, Christians and Muslims saying that they're insulted. That's why I asked the question this way.

Jesus mentioned at Mark 13:32 concerning Armageddon: Concerning that day or the hour nobody knows, neither the angels in heaven nor the Son, but the Father. If God, Jesus & Holy Spirit is coequal, then how come God only knew and not Jesus or the Holy Spirit

Secondly, Jesus said in John 1:18 that no one has seen God. If that is true, then Jesus cant be the Almighty God.

I mean there is no fossil record to indicate the existence of any God, or Godlike creature, not one scintilla of empirical data whatsoever..
So it's only based on conjecture, fantasy, and wishfull thinking, at least it has been subjected to "Peer Review" so it meets one criteria for being called a theory..

Today I was being driven somewhere..I was quietly praying...very at peace...and I was immersed into a vision...I was in my body but also out at the same time....like st. Paul.....I was in two worlds...and in the spirit world I was crammed into a rail car like the jews going to the camps. I could feel the bumpy ride and I heard God speak to me. He said, " you are in a spiritual prison...all your life is currently a total prison. It is taking you places you dont want to go and where I dont want you to be ". I felt this for several minutes and my spirit shone from inside me so bright that my inward spiritual face was more apparent to me than my physical face.I had this deep sense that the prison was the religious systems of the day that somehow sneak in and hinder my freeflowing wonderment and adoring of the beautiful shining face of Jesus. Can anyone add to this ? Please, no smart butt remarks...ty.

Why do guys worry so much about proving themselves as men to other men, rather then proving themselves to the creature that makes them male, the female?
