A Battlefield is contrary, isn't it?
It's like those kindergarten pictures of: "Which one doesn't belong."

Garden ... Paradise ... Battlefield. Tough question, huh?

When we are little one of the first words we learn and totally use and understand is "MINE!" we are greedy and unwilling to share when we are young. Now, we dont have our parents constantly saying "yeah, its okay to not share. Dont let them have that toy that's yours!" Now, where do we learn to be so posessive and self centered? we dont, it comes natural. This my friends, is proof of the fall.

I've known a few men since I was in elementary. We haven't dated or anything. They are just my friends. We can talk about anything without being embarrassed.

Me and my friend wer debating about some issues that happend in America and that are current. And we got on the subject of rasciam and she said that slavery is over and racsism is over and she said thart Black people should get over it. I heard many white people say this. No racsim is not over, it's alive and well. Does Hurricane Katrina ring a bell, the Voting Rights Act hasn't even become a officail law. Latinos and Blacks have racial tensions. People still stare at a interracial couple. People still stereotype. And slavery isn't over either. Are you familair with the sharcroppers? They were a group of people who pick cotton and work for low wages. Unfortuantley these people have no knowledge of the outside world and they are stuck in a cycle of poverty. And many cotton fields were destryoed and the sharecroppers have no means of living.

Why is it that in most countries people care for their seniors, taking care of them and sacrificing for them till their dieing day, but in America we throw out our seniors as soon as they seem to be unable to function anymore? We put them into "homes" that basically strips them of their rights, tells them what to do, when to do it, how to do it. We pay top dollar to put our seniors in these homes, where they most often get worse. They develop illnesses that they probably would not have if not for these "homes" like bed sores and incontinence. And a lot of them are abused, physically and emotionally. Is this the right way to treat these people, would YOU want to be treated like this when you are old and "useless"?

If one person has a sense of superiority over another because of their race, we call it racism and it is seen as the evil that it is. Unfortunately, we tolerate exactly that sense of superiority among almost all of the world's major religions. We don't even have a term like racism to describe this sense of religious superiority. We should call it "religionism."

Why can't we tear down the walls between the scripture based religions and base our relationship to the Devine on personal experience rather than holy books?

In the movie, "The Wizard of Oz" I have a theory that Dorthy died when the twister ripped up her house. Where she went "OZ" was in fact a realm between good and evil, heaven and hell , Glenda and the Munchkins were angels, there to point her in the right direction. Now, the yellow brick road was a road to heaven where she was disturbed by the devil a few times ( witch), she encounterd a few lost soals"scare crow, tin man & lion " they went to go see God who sent them on a quest to steal satins pitch fork ( witches broom ) to see if they were worthy enough to come through the gates of heaven. when they came back the lost soals were granted into heaven but it wasnt dorthy's time yet and she was sent back to her life.

Am I crazy or does it make sence?

Ok this is a section about religion. We need another one for the atheists so they can sound off without polluting the minds of ppl who are new into religion and could be easily swayed. Im a devoted christian and I only say this because the atheists are so pessimistic. Look, its simple. Believe.

So, I am looking at how cruel the world is today. It hurts my feelings. I compimented a young lady on her beauty and she rolled her eyes at me as if I were trying to hit on her. I love it when a stranger compliments me, it makes my smile grow wider.
