I've known a few men since I was in elementary. We haven't dated or anything. They are just my friends. We can talk about anything without being embarrassed.

You seem to have answered your own question. As a woman who has ALWAYS had more male friends than female, I can say that it usually means a less stressful, less competitive relationship -- to me, anyway. I'm sure that there are women out there who would argue that point. And my guy-friends frequently come to me with their problems with women, which I don't mind in the least.

The only thing you'll have to worry about in the future, when you are looking for a long-term relationship, is finding a man who won't have a problem with your friendships with other men. Fortunately, I have one.

I think, unless you've known each other since childhood, men and women can never just be friends. Even then, there's always that spark, that awareness that one of you is male, and the other female, and there's opportunity there, if you wanted to take it.

Of course men & women can be just friends without having sex. I have many male friends and they are just that, friends.

it's rare for a male/female to be friends and not be attracted. It's rare. all of my female friends are either girls that i have been friends with since i was younger,my male friends girls, or girls i have at one point fooled around with.girls will tell you it's okay to be friends with the opposite sex...but trust me 99% of guys will be wanting more!
