I certainly don’t believe in the Bible and I doubt any reasonably intelligent person would either. However, if you view the Bible as a man-made play script, with several actors God, Devil, Jesus, Satan, Adam, Eve, Noah, and so on, then you can certainly start to see a clever interwoven plot, that the audience is unaware of. It’s really just a drama thriller with clever twists.

You see, if you seriously think about it in an unbiased manner, then clearly the actor God in the Bible could really be the Devil, and the audience (religious believers) are being sucked into being the bad guys, who then use religion to get everyone fighting each other.

On the other hand, the more intelligent audience (Atheists) spot the plot and try their best to teach believers that this is just nonsense, stop getting sucked in.

why do christians say they arent true christians? isnt God supposed to be the only Judge? why do christians say Jesus is God? John said that not Jesus, why do christians beat up gays and Pagans and say cruel things like they deserved it because they didnt follow jesus? why do christians fight with other christian sects and call them false when they could be just as wrong? why do they act like they have all the answers when thier bibles are third person written by humans? why do christians try to mix with other religions? is it to infiltrate them and smear them to make them fall? why do christians bother people overseas? they have enough problems without christians giving them AIDS?

Honestly I am a Catholic not a Muslim but I do not understand. If these women are truly content and are following their faiths why does anyone seem to have a problem with it? The majority of Islamic women I have "spoken" to choose it and are proud of it. Why the seeming problem?I have to admire their adherence to their faith and their modesty. We Christians could use a little of both.
Peace Be With You,

On broadcast tv you cant use certain words. You cant show certain images. Yet your now allowed to burn the American flag, take certain religious imagry from public grounds, force agendas in public schools etc. These things are offensive to certain people, yet allowed. If cursing and sexual images are banned from broadcast tv and deemed "offensive" isnt this cencorship?

A friend Muslim woman tells me that in the Muslim religion women and children are forced to stay in the back of the mosque often times separated by a cement wall and are not allowed to address the congregation directly. Moreover, that most Muslim men treat their women as property... Is this true? How primitive! Maybe Muslim/Islamic women have a thing or two to learn from African American women who refused to sit in the back of the bus hence breaking up archaic groundless stupid traditions.

I looked up on Wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenu#Summary_of_the_Xenu_story) about Scientology and most of the things they say are the same as what Stone and Parker said. So is it true about the aliens and stuff!

Plus how do you feel about your poster boy being made fun of for being in the closet??

Then complain about the hanging around out side of stores? I work for CVS Pharmacy in a downtown area and we have a problem w/ crack whores and panhandlers, my customers give them money and then turn around and complain to me about being approached in the paking lot! Well if you people wouldn't give them money they wouldn't have any reason to come around! No these people aren't begging to feed their family it's for crack and beer, I know the crack house is across the street from my location, I see them run for it if they get a couple $. I am continually running them off but people keep giving them money just keeps them coming back! STOP IT!

Several people in a local theater troupe would like to put on a show at nursing homes. Seeing that we would like just to cover our expenses, who would be the BEST people to ask to donate or sponsor us? Nursing homes in small communities do not have a budget for this. Please help with some REAL suggestions and ideas.

i think it's seldom in life that we experience something and can unequivocally say at the time we are having the experience, "this is the best _______" i've ever had.

was reflecting on this recently as my wife and i had what we both agreed was the best italian meal we've ever eaten. ironically, le grand venise, a family owned restaurant, was in paris of all places.

the food, both quality and quantity, was unlike anything i had experienced before (she had eaten there once previously).

during that meal, we started to think about other things we'd experienced in our lives that we could clearly state was the best we'd ever had and the thought occurred to me it would make for an interesting question on yahoo answers.

so, what is the best ________ you ever experienced? can be a meal, a trip, a class, a movie, a day, a conversation, etc.

the best answer will be selected based on the answerer's ability to help us appreciate why the experience was so special.

It’s public knowledge that G W Bush stated that he prayed to God and God told him to invade Iraq. Presumably G W Bush believes in the Bible and God, and if so, this is a very sad state of affairs, as the Bible is obviously just an abundance of man-made fairy-tales and terrorist stories. It’s fiction, and there is no evidence to prove otherwise.

You see, if you seriously think about it in an unbiased manner, then clearly the actor God in the Bible could really be the Devil, and the audience (religious believers) are being sucked into being the bad guys.

So who was it, God or the Devil that told G W Bush?
