Righteousness, but that applies to everybody. Defining a person by one aspect of their being, but that too applies to everybody. Asking intimate details about my sex life, oh but, that applies to everyone I don't know well.
Denying me and the person I love a legal contract and equality under the law while confusing religion with governance. That's the one. Yep, that'd be it.
What I want done about it... the obvious, legalize LGTB marriage.

Why would I have a pet peeve about a straight person. I don't care what they do in thier bedroom.
I have pet peeves about people in general, but none regarding someones preferance.
What a stupid question.
Its questions and attitudes like this that keep the challenge of equality amongst gender specifics.

I am straight and my biggest pet peeve is that some straight people dont understand that we all breathe the same air, we put our shoes on the same way, we walk the same way, live on the same planet. No one is better or worse than the other. We all have hearts and we all love.

My biggest pet peeve is the same with any issue of INTOLERANCE. Race, Religion, Gender... whatever.
Their way is the right way.
Their way is the only way.
No room or understanding or tolerance for anyone who is not like them.

U cant stereotype and categorize a queztion like that by sexuality, becuz it includez people of juzt about every background u can think of. That most straight people think that just because you are attracted to the same sex, that you are attracted to 'ALL' people of the same sex. Like every girl that walks through the door, i want to jump on. we have our preferences also. we don't just do any and every women just because they are female!!!!! what can be done about it? there will always be ignorant people in this world!

their "holier than thou "attitude...even though you know some of them have the brains of a paperclip..you still are perceived as being ..."Oh, well you Harry, he's gay."....I hate having my sexuality used to define me as a person...much the way that women did earlier in the last century and blacks have had to deal with as well(their lack of IQ because of colour,and other ridiculous concepts, ad naseum.) I am a person unto my own right...I hate qualifying my existence.

my biggest peeve is the way they assume things about us........what I want is to have them over to my house one evening after work or a weekend.........that right there would teach them so much about our 'lifestyle'

That when guys find out Im gay, they immediately think I am gonna start humping their leg right there. No thanks man, ur ugly! : ) Also, when they come up to me in the club or something and ask "does it hurt" or anything about "crap". lol. idiots : )
