Considering that so much violence is perpetrated by their followers?

2006-07-29 13:21:25 · 15 answers · asked by FreedomNow 2 in Religion & Spirituality

I want to hear your opinion not what a book says or going by anything spoon fed to you.

I myself am a Solitary Eclectic which means I practice my own beliefs alone. I am this way because not one religion seemed right to me and I found many beliefs which I considered to be too contradictory or just flat out bias. My beilf is based with an emphasis on humilty and alot of other moral values and also things taken from the different religions of the world. To me this is the right way. I'm not going more into it because I'm not trying to convert anyone because that is against my beliefs. It is for people to find their own right way to live and what to believe in.

So how about you? What do you follow and why? You can learn alot from the opinions of others.

FOR IAM A MUSLIM AND WE MUSLIMS LOVE HIM.

"The rabbis teach their fellow Jews that their Gentile neighbors are spiritually and morally unclean; that they are subhuman, on a level with the beasts of the field; and that they hate Jews and must be hated in return. Jews are taught that the Christian religion is a religion fit only for animals, and that its founder, Jesus, was the son of a prostitute and is presently immersed in a pit of boiling excrement in hell".

It is a religion which preaches to kill not love. Atleast Jesus said to love your enemys while mohammad said to kill those who disbelieve and show no mercy.

and do not come to me saying "DUDE, CHRISTIANS KILLED THOUUUSDANS IN THE CRUSADES"
I realize they did bad things in the past but they are not going around killing 16 year old girls or blowing up towers like islamics are doing now.

Its a historical fact that Islam is the greatest slave trading institution of all human history. The middle east sits at the top of Africa. Muslims have exploited African labor for over 1400 years and are the worlds sole remaining "slave-culture" (where slavery is culturally accepted and practiced).

So...how could even one black person be muslims? Its like a jew worshiping Hitler...its insane. I certainly understand blacks who hate Islam and want to make Muslims pay dearly for 1400 years of slavery but to be a part of Islam? Wow.

Let me ask readers this question -- If the prophet of a religion owned and enslaved members of your race, preferentially, would this be enough for you to reject that religion? "Ofcourse" you say. Well, amazingly, most of Muhammads slaves were black, in fact, the only slaves he describes by race are blacks.
