Damn, I missed THAT bus, didn't I?
Oh, well...
I'm just gonna have to go on with my life with my Virtue intact... :)

Was being QUEER ever in fashion? Being different is a seasonal fad that comes and goes with popular opinion. Being queer is a lifestyle choice.....you can be gay and not standout in a crowd. If you choose to wear pink high heels then maybe that is out of fashion(for now.)

Nope!...from where I'm from... Being queer just shows your being unique... And in fashion, lets say it's your 'fashion statement'. You are just expressing yourself... So don't be afraid.

Yes, being queer has never been fashionable. However, being gay is perfectly acceptable.

There is a huge swing back to traditional stuff going on lately. The boys are all tough-wanna-be-gangsta guys in slouchy clothes, the girls are all pouty and girly-girl, growing their hair long and wearing pink. Its the (very) old pattern of equating males with mostly toughness and females with mostly sex.

Gone are the androgynous days of the eighties! (Sob!)

It should not be a fad in the first place. If it is then people need to start being honest about their sexuality and stop pretending.
