Suppose that evolution is right and your theory that God didnt make the universe and their isnt a higher being. What is your outlook on peace here on earth?

People with faith believe:
God will wipe out death, war, sickness, crime, etc...and restore the earth to a paradise

Evolutionist, would you rather believe in God and wait for the day that God executes judgement on the wicked and rid ourselves of problems?

Or, would you not believe and see the Earth get worse and worse without no hope of stopping and with more crime, death, war etc...?

Because, lets face it...governments for over 6000 yrs have proven that they can't do it right and we as humans can barely live or survive

What is your take?

If Jesus said even He didn't know when God would send Him back, why are so many of you Christians so willing to try and guess? I personally am wiccan, and don't believe in the end of the world.

Pontius Pilate wrote to the Roman emperor Tiberius Caesar:
"...At the time he was crucified, there was darkness over all the world, the sun being darkened at midday, and the stars appearing, but in them there appeared no luster; and the moon, as if turned into blood, failed in her light."

"... unreasonable as it seems to me (unreasonable of course, because a solar eclipse could not take place at the time of the full moon, and it was at the season of the Paschal full moon that Christ died).”--Julian Africanus, 221 A.D.

We are at a cross roads of science fiction/fact.

We have the knowledge now to play god.
(Doctors decide if you live or die etc)

We have the knowledge to grow new hearts ears and other body parts. (Not too successful in mass producing YET!!!!!)

We have developed human / robotic interfaces.
Only recently in the news was a cripple who has had implants into his brain and can control a computer via thought.

NOW HOWS THAT FOR EVOLUTION>>>>>>

BEAT THAT GOD.
he didnt make us perfect, but we can make our selves perfect.
(Well not really, you will still have a ss es like me chundering on.)

We can make designer babies, we can clone things.
We will choose our next evolutionary step.

We have mapped the genome.

It should be possible to reference genes from animals such as salamanders which can regrow body parts, and adapt/modify genes to suit. I am not saying its easy, but its the future, not far away

DO NOT DISMISS THIS.

DO YOUR O

This is an answer from my previous question:
"If you really believe in atheism, you feel that life is just a pointless and cruel joke and nothing really means anything.
And so you can justify anything. You can do the Columbine thing and kill other people, cause if nothing matters or means anything (and in atheism, that's the case), then why not? What's to lose by doing something like Columbine? It's no biggie in the long run, right? "

Funny how this guy thinks that Atheists are completely incapable of morality just because we don't follow their silly superstitious religion.
All I suggested was that there wasn't much of a mystery to life if you think you have all the answers about it. (Especially when they were answers provided to you by other people.)
Because Atheists have the nerve to question everything that makes us monsters with no morality.

His premise is laughable 'kill who you want with no consequences'? What planet are you from?
