Ok I have a few brief questions. I am a born-again Christian looking for a critical scientific look at creation.

1) Should there have been a spark/explosion/chemical reaction to create a universe why do we have light? Once a star explodes and becomes a supernova it consumes all the light around it becoming a black hole. Should this incredible reaction have occurred how could we have light?

2) There have been over 30 documented cases of finding children over age 10 never having been taught to speak. In every case this child is never able to learn a language with consistency. If we should have evolved from a less advanced species learning a vocal language would be impossible, would it not?

This is it for now. A longer question wouldn't generate a response.

The average atheist might be "good" compared to conservative white southern christians and radical muslims. Just putting in your two cents worth and not offending anyone does not make you holy though. Would an atheist ever be willing to sacrifice their whole lives and forego earthly pleasure, like Gandhi or Mother Theresa?

I was in the grocery store today and saw a black man...guess what was in his trolley...a watermelon.

After smirking to myself in shameless racist form, even though I'm half-black, I wondered, what stereotypes that aren't PC really are true?

My friend did just get his car hit by an Asian girl, and my car was hit by an old man driving a Lincoln Town Car...seen any stereotypes lately yourself that AREN'T supposed to be true or PC?

Here's another...ever seen any white people working in nail parlors? I don't think I ever have...they're all Asians.

I'll admit it, I'm going to hell!

I know that Gypsies usually adopt the religion of the country that they reside in(usually Christian or Muslim), perhaps in order to avoid persecution in those countries, but, what exactly are the religious beliefs of Gypsies in & amongst themselves?

okay everyone here has seen the age-old question, "do Christians really follow everything in their Bible."
this question always ends up being a trap. if I say yes, that means I'm a murderer who stones children to death. if I say no, that means I'm a hypocrit who doesn't obey my faith.
do nonChristians really like this all-or-nothing mentality?

Here's the deal... Europeans and other nations (according to the news, polls, and people I've met) see Americans as cocky, vulgar, rude, etc. I've known many Americans in Europe to behave in such a way, completely disregarding the new culture that surrounds them, and then argue that they are not arrogant or rude. Is it just bad luck to run into these particular Americans? What is going on in American society that makes so many people this way?

I have a feeling it has to do with the way we are educated and nearly brainwashed into thinking that America is the greatest. Also, the lack of teaching of other cultures in school. What do you all think?

- I'm an American living in Germany having to deal with a lot of other Americans who refuse to learn the language here and disrespect the culture often. It makes me sad and ashamed to admit that I am American.
