I heard they skip the 4th in England. They go straight from the 3rd to 5th

Sort of, we have something called Guy Fawkes night, or bonfire night as some folk call it. Its a celebration against Guy Fawkes as he tried to blow up parliment. But he was caught and executed for treason, actually on the bonfires we always put an effeige of him on the top of it.
But apart from that we have all the fireworks and stuff, we just wait untill it gets really cold till we do it.

All countries have a 4th of July. Usually sandwiched in between the 3rd and 5th

Yes...it comes right after July 3rd. No, they do not celebrate American Independence. They still technically have a monarch as well.

Every country that uses a calendar has a July 4th. If you are asking if the date has the same significance that it does in the US, then I guess not. It marks a tragic defeat for them.

If they did celebrate it, it would probably be more of a "We hate America because they beat us in the Revolutionary War" kind of holiday.

R u nutts!!! I think its time 4 u to go back to ur HISTORY books.This day is only celebrated in US after they got indipendence on this day.
