Frankly, I don't know what to believe, and, if you're totally honest with yourself, you'll likely come to the same conclusion. Of course, the key word here is "believe", which is in direct contrast with "know."

Unfortunately, too many people (probably a majority in our society) are taught from an early age to treat their religious beliefs as if it were the same as knowledge, i.e. undisputable fact, and then proceed to conduct their lives accordingly. This is fertile ground for fanaticism.

What I'm driving at is this: The "Powers That Be" understand too well that religious devotion often times makes people more susceptible to believing the lies and the BS that they, the powerful among us, try to cram down the throats of the masses. Why? Because if you accept as fact such (probable) myths as The Burning Bush, Noah's Ark, The Parting of the Red Sea, and perhaps the greatest whopper of them all, The Virgin Birth, then all the socio-political lies that we're force fed from cradle to grave will go down like sugar. From the seemingly-frivolous BS like Daylight Saving Time to the serious inequities in society such as those in the legal system and the voodoo applications of Supply Side Economics, we've been bombarded by such crap since the beginning. By the time you get around to the WMD lies, we're so callous, we just accept them without question.

Don't believe me? Then ponder these classics: Three Strikes Laws, Term Limits, Congressional Pay Raises (self-approved!), Freedom of Information Act limitations, the list just goes on and on. And don't get me started on the increasing gap between the richest and poorest among us. Does anyone really think that's just a coincidence?

As long as we're willing to get ourselves into a lather over such Faux News Channel time-wasters as Flag Burning, Gay Marriage and The Latest Missing Blonde Chick, then we're setting ourselves up for... oh, wait...This just in, Scott Peterson farted!...

Oh, I'm sorry. Am I getting too political? And am I going on and on with this? Tough! Not everything comes in a neat little package. Get used to it, folks.

The simple lesson is this: Free yourself of the Jesus shackles, pickup some reading materials that don't involve the Bible, the sports page or some cheeseball romance novel, get educated, and before you know it, you'll become less gullible, just like magic.

Christianity? Jesus? Dying?

What is the Imacculate Conception supposed to mean?

(NOT A VIRGIN BIRTH! - betcha never knew that.)

Jesus, the basis of Christianity? .

If Jesus died, he could NOT have been God.

Gods do not die? Do they?

If Jesus 'died' on Friday and 'undied' on Sunday, what else besides Saturday was sacrificed?

Did Jesus give up Saturday for us? Big deal!

If Jesus died for our sins, there should not be any more sins, else why go through with it?.

If Jesus really DIED, he should be dead, dead, dead!

If you swallow this stuff, you are not going to like the folks who don't. You want them to swallow it too.

'Believers' want everyone to convert to their non-thinking.

Believing and not thinking is to choose a mental illness.

Not at all.
Jesus (peace be upon him) was the messenger of Allah the Almighty and a human being.
When he talked in the cradle (when he was just an infant) he said clearly that I am the only the slave of Allah the Almighty.
These are the Jesus's (peace be upon him) words

God doesn't have a son. This is a belief created by man, not by God.

God can create Humans from dirt.

Why would he bother empregnating a woman when he can make a "son" from scratch?

We are all Gods children. Jesus is one too. What the heck did you think you were an orphan.
