ok, so my mom got married 4 years ago, and that marriage came along with 4 more step-siblings!! so last summer on the family VACA i ended up making out with my step-bro! and then we did other stuff! but now all i can think about when i see him is how hot he is and more! he approached me and said that he wants to go out! but can i do this! it doesn't feel right! i came out earlier this year to my family, i dont know what would happen if he came out and in the end we were dating(my family is really religious) i dont know what to do!!!!!

Since we've established that

1. God has a sense of humor (and more like THE sense of humor)

2. It's good to have a sense of humor

3. It's OK and maybe even good to laugh at our little mistakes, like bumping our head

Then... do you think that God laughs at those situations, too? I for one, would hope He's laughing so much He can't speak when I run into something or trip over my own feet.


Do you think He's secure enough to also find it funny when people are "blasphemous" - like when they say "Can God make a burrito so hot even He couldn't eat it?"

I mean, come on... He's got to laugh at that... it's the dumbest circular argument ever. Surely He's not up there getting all p'd off at such idiocy.

When did fundamentalist Christian America become "god" and find people unnacceptable who don't believe in Jesus.

They became their mythological charachter and took on his likes and dislikes. Why did they do that, and when, was it always like this?

For a while now, people, nut jobs, conspiracy theorists, and the common people have been wondering about 2012. For those of you who don't know, around December 23, 2012 the Mayan long calendar ends, supposedly bringing the end of the world. i recently had an interesting dream that included a wise man (who coincidentally loved to bicycle). he told me a scenario and asked me what the son should do: a son invents a new, groundbreaking idea. however, his father notices the ideas, steals it for his own, and thereby become great and famous. what should the son do? should he expose his own father or should he be quiet? i have my own answer, but let us see who can approach captain hero's prowess in answering this question! the hero strikes again!

To laugh at someone when they get hurt? Read on...

Not bad hurt... say they just bump their head or something like that. Say they are also laughing at themselves.

So... is it wrong or sinful to laugh with them / at them because they got hurt?

What about laughing at yourself when you hurt yourself? Is that OK?

Mine was a tie: between sitting on the beach in Alabama, they did the fireworks off a barge in the gulf, and the other, a bunch of friends went camping up Black Water River in Milton Fl. the nighe of the fireworks we all got in the boats went down river to a spot where we knew we would be able to see and tied the boats together, some sat in the boats, some of us swam during the fireworks, it was great.
