My Mabel's got a beard. I kiss her all the time....but I wouldn't kiss her on our 1st date......

Years ago on the old Mike Douglas talk show, Minnie Pearl (a fabulous country comedian and singer) was a guest along with Vincent Price (great actor and art collector). When Minnie came on stage, Vincent Price stood and greeted her with a kiss. Vincent had one of the most gorgeous moustach/beard combos going. Host Mike Douglas asked Minnie if she minded kissing a man with a beard. Minnie, in her sweet southern accent said, "Well, a girl don't mind going through the brush to get to a picnic!!" I generally don't kiss on the first date. I would kiss a "go-teed" one on a first date if I already knew him (not online) and it was going really well and I could see we were both attracted, but I genearlly am not attracted to beards. Too sloppy and hairy. Maybe if it were very well trimmed and maintained.

I did not kiss my husband on our first date. My answer is no I would not kiss a bearded on a first date. Leave something to their imagination.

I tried it once with a lady called Maria from Greece. I would suggest avoiding bearded men AND women when it comes to tonsil hockey, it kinda feels like kissing a freshly disemboweled hedgehog.

I was in Bosnia in 95 and there were lots of chicks with beards...Werent allowed to kiss any of them though. The ones with no beards had no teeth.
