You'll be saved by God's Grace through your Faith in Jesus Christ. Study Scripture, Fellowship with other Christians, Prayer and Worship, and Evangelizing are my 4 things I do to stay close to God.

There is LOTS you have to do be saved religously.

But if you are talking of the salvation of your heart and mind from the guilt of law - as Paul spoke of:

Know that you are a child of God. You are righteous no matter what your works or your faith is. Know that you are saved and there is no taking that away. You were bought and paid for by Jesus Christ and your choice was not asked for.

It is for freedom that you have been set free.

By abstaining from the religious practices set out by MAN.

Is that right, whynotaskdon?? I'm sorted then! I was a 'born again' but have since 'seen the light' and now stick two fingers up at organised religion. I Am My Own God. But according to you, it doesn't matter, because "Once saved, always saved"...! You should preach-ever thought about that?

Remain in the 'will of God'.

Having an open, and contrite heart towards God; with repentance over sin; and a strong ongoing relationship with Christ is the only way to remain 'saved.'

Some consider the sinner's prayer to be a 'ticket to heaven'...However, little do they realize that ticket can be revoked at any time --- by the "ticket master."

Continual obedience is required.

And also remember not anyone of us is perfect. So don't be hard on yourself when you fall. Just remember to get back up again repent, pray and ask for forgiveness. And try again.

1- Get saved=Romans 10:9-10
2-Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the WORD of GOD=Romans 10:17
It is not hard to do ,you do not have to leave your brain behind. A good reading of the Scriptures will reveal it all to you, if you have the heart to listen the eyes to see and the ears to hear.
Finally =We walk by Faith not by sight...................2Cor 5:7

You need to think for yourself whether you are saved or being faithful. Do not let anyone else tell you if you are.
