I am a Christain, but, my teacher made this comment in class and it kind of troubled me.

He said:

If the Bible is true we know that Jesus is God and God's son. So the Bible said Jesus worshiped God. So if Jesus is God, does He worship Himself?

Please help me bc/ I'm so confused!

what i understand about evolution is that it takes millions and millions of years for an organism to evolve, so if man came from a monkey when exactly did he change? why is there less than 10,000 years of recorded human history? humans knew how to write intricate texts 2,000 - 4,000, and 6,000 years ago .. but not 12,000..? if modern mankind has been modern mankind for more than 10,000 years wouldnt there be like 777 trillion people on earth today ? thanks

Everyone's roaring mad - supposedly because it's a lie. How can anyone expect truth from a book WRITTEN AS FICTION in the first place? Am I sensing a little defensiveness here, folks? If someone has a for-real faith, why would they loose sleep that someone is going to come along one day and disprove it all? Isn't that basicly what the inquisition was about?
Why is it every time someone says the sky is blue, religious folks shake in their boots that this is the day their beliefs will be physically disproven? How would that even be possible in the real world - to proove or disprove religion. Frankly, I think someone is fake all along. Otherwise, why would all this insecurity be evident?
