God's name is Jehovah, which means " he cause to become". As he said to Moses. When he has to fulfill something, he can become war like. Some may say that this is hypocritical, but the 10 commandments, was a guideline. In that case, they couldn't kill animals to eat or fight for their land. Sampson made a mistake and he paid for that mistake, but before he died, he asked God to have him punish the Philistines. These people mocked and turn their backs to God. So in that case, God had Sampson kill them.
If the killing is from God and he needs something to be done to fulfill his promises, then it is okay. If a person kills without this backing, then it is a "great jam".

I couldn't answer that because it is between God and Samson. Samson existed way before I was born. I wasn't there and there is no scriptures saying so.

In the pursuit of his work the soldier is trained to eliminate the enemy i.e. kill. God Himself caused the death of so many with earthquakes, sickness, angel of death, etc. So I do not think they did. Please read the book of Judges in the Bible Chapter 13 : 25 God by His Spirit initiated the entire thing. Then read Chapter 14:4.

it is Thou shalt not murder... first of all
murder is an unjustified killing. God does not condone senseless killing there is always a purpose behind it. if it is unjustified God deals with it. David murderd so God took his first son through Bathsheba. Cain killed Able God cursed him. etc...
try harder to understand what you read. Do some research..
