Hey, I don't know you.... So I'm not going to take the P**S like some might!
I know people that have that kind of affect on people, but for different reasons!
You need to ask yourself (and maybe close friends) if there are any problems to do with looks, body odours, or anything else personal, that you may not realise yourself!
One of the biggest problems in such social gatherings, is being seen as a bore..... People who always talk about the same things, always put an element of 'Doom & Gloom' into a conversation, or are simply Rude, or try to 'take over' other people's conversations!...... They are always the unpopular ones!
Some people shy from me in Pubs, because they seem afraid of my intelligence and knowledge......Not quite sure why.... I'm a nice, down to Earth person, with a good sense of humour and a listening ear..... Ok, sometimes when questioned about things, I can rattle off hundreds of things to support the right answer, and usually end up asking questions which add to the debate!!! :-)
You need to ask yourself questions. Ask your friends & family questions. If that doesn't help, then maybe talk it over with a confidential councilor?
