To believe the Bible one has to completely suspend disbelief, rationalize the irrational, and base it all upon what a few, quite ignorant men wrote thousands of years ago. Not saying everything about Darwinism/evolution is correct (though I personally find it the most satisfying, logical explanation) but at least it makes sense.

After reading many things from the Americans, it seems that there are a very few people who can carry on an intelligent conversation. The rest seem...dim! I cannot really candy-coat this at all. Americans seem like they're really slow witted!!! I know a lot about the States but they don't seem to know the answer to a simple question like "who is the prime minister of Canada?". We all know that George Bush is running your country(into the ground). So who can prove me wrong???

do you think that most guys that are the worst homophobic ones are secretly gay.

i saw a show on cable about that.
they were testing two groups of "straight" guys

one group was very comfortable with their sexuality and had no homophobic issues

the other group had very homophobic issues.

they were not told what the study was about.
they put them one by one in a room and and put a device around thier wrist to measure pulse, and around their penis to measure arousal.
then showed them a series of videos of straight and gay porn.

the study showed that the straight guys who were comfortable with their sexuality and were not homophobes had no reaction to the gay porn....while most of the homophobic "straight" guys got aroused while watching the gay porn...

...............aint that at biaaach!!!

Do you truly believe that being religious makes one less sinful?
True it makes us a better person (sometimes) and Christians would say that through Christ our sins are forgiven...but are we really leading better lives than anyone else? or are there sins we commit everyday that, to God, make us look as sinful as Bin Lade, GWB, or even Hitler? Are we ll equally sinful in God's eyes, or ar some people the "good ones"?

My best friend asked me to be in her wedding as her maid of honor. Little did I know how much work it would be. I knew she was high maintenence, but when she requested all of us to stay at the beach house they had rented for a week before the wedding, and then got mad at me because I couldn't come until the middle of the week for work reasons, she got really heated. She punished me and my fiance by making us sleep on the floor when everyone else had beds...we ended up sleeping outside on the deck bc we had to share a room with another couple we didn't know!
I tried to forget about how hurt I was and probably overindulged a little on the spirits a couple of nights. It was just extremely painful to think that your bf could punish you for not being there extra early. The only people that could get there early were two single mothers with no jobs and a girl in from Australia.
I did my duties and gave a nice 400 dollar shower, bachlorette party...Im hurt and I don't wanna remain friends!

Recently went to McDonalds for chow, heck I'm the only person who speaks straight English in there... MIRA... I'm not even American... I'm Asian!
